Suggested somewhere on this thread by Webbie. Try and access the BBC site because it's [STRIKE]got loadsa junk[/STRIKE] got lots and lots of graphics and other stuff on it.
If you can get it, it's an MSE prob, if you can't it's your ISP faffing about..................
