Hi mum of 4, I have sent you a pm. I hope I can have half as much success with my allotment as you.

Also, I was in wilkinsons at the weekend and they had lots of seeds half price. Not sure what quality they are, but many were also on buy 2 get one free as well.

For £1.24 we got 2 varieties of carrot, leeks, onions and courgette seeds and something else but I can't remember what.

Very stupid question: does this mean that i should be planting squash, cucumbers etc right now? Sorry to sound daft but i'm not sure how to use the plan!

Ah yes I was going to mention that. I was looking for S for sowing seeds lol and which month. Prehaps she in incorporate this on her plan upgrade ;-) Poor woman we are harrassing her!

no don't sow now.

What you see in say Sept October are the crops coming into a end. Squash is picked and then stored in my garage for up to 6 months so a crop worth it's weight in gold. I use them for -
stuffed roasted 1/2butter squash (stuffed with cherry tomatoes, courgettes, onion, peppers,parmesn & parsley and pine nuts)
roasted red pepper & buttnernut squash risotto
butternut & red pepper soup
Veg curry
as a mash or added to cassorole,
and best of all roasted in the same tin as the Christmas turkey both sprinkled with tyme, tyme seems to go really well with b/squash

if you like I don't mind jotting down what to do throughout the year if you like, I don't think it would take long with a couple of meal ideas
