Hi TOBRUK - sorry you're still feeling so low. I can't offer advice about Dla - I know nothing apart from I don't qualify. The last turn down I got said it was because my condition fluctuates and isn't permenant. Thats all right then !!!!
Things seem to have slowed down for my niece - could be a while yet!!
I think I've been asleep for the last half-hour at my desk - unless there's been a timewarp??!!!

Niece is on her way to the hospital. I'm all excited now. This bub means so much. First one in this part of the family for a long time.

Sorry to everyone who is having a hard time at the moment - specially you Tobruk. Chin up, eh?

My year is continuing in the same vein - possible wait of up to 9 weeks for hospital appointment and one of the greyhounds has bone cancer so we had to say our goodbyes.

Oral cellulitis flared up again so am quite poorly and have had to cancel plans for a lovely weekend I was really looking forward to as not well enough.

Thanks Cwta, yes things are really getting to me now with everything that's happening! You are going through it as well Cwta, isn't it awful when you can't go and enjoy yourself because of health people don't really understand when you have to change your plans do they! Your year has got to get better surely, this is what I'm hoping for myself too!! Hope you get well soon.:)

Ctwa - Sorry about your greyhound - we're big fans of slinky-mutts - so friendly and loyal.
5cm dilated and I'm over 100 miles away! Going to go up on Sunday. Its great having our other sister here as part of this with us. No one could have told me last year that my life would change so much. New babies are such a symbol of hope!

Baby boy born at 9.15 weighing 7lbs. Mother and baby doing well.
I feel so mumsy and proud!!!

Had the strangest dream that I had a baby! My niece is like a daughter to me so its wonderful! Some posters will know that We had a difficult time last year and have been reconciled with our other sister for a little while now. Its been great - 3 sisters,6 children between us and now a grandchild. Its all good in JH's coup!! Thanks all and I wish you the greatest of days xx
