I usually hit my spine, which is of course where I have most of my pain.
When I fell down the stairs a month ago my tailbone hit every step and then I finally landed on it. It was agonising, and my hips are still wonky from the fall.

Ouch! Poor Jaz. Falling downstairs was how I injured my spine to begin with, but normally I grab for the rails, dislocate my shoulders, and if I fall anyway, I crack my head on the wall at the bottom. *facepalm* I've had six minor concussions to date, one that actually required a CT scan, and I've lost count of the head-hitting-occasions when I've just figured "yeah, concussion again, hospital can't help me much, so just stay awake and get someone to watch you." Been upto the hospital and I now sport a very sexy collar and cuff thing....apparently torn ligaments etc just to the front of the shoulder. I also noticed that my back has not got away scott free, had to abort a visit to Lidls midshop as my back was spasming so badly it was agony. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

Oh dear Sue, that doesn't sound good. Hope you're feeling a bit better now.
I've been having quite the flare up for the last few days, and I start working four days a week from tomorrow. I'm dreading it. I'm completely exhausted now, I feel sick with worry at how I'm going to get through it - but no choice really.
Anyway, hope all is well with everyone else!"There is no medicine like hope, no incentive so great, and no tonic so powerful as expectation of something better tomorrow." - Orison Swett Marden0 -
I just wanted to check in...
I'm exhausted, in more pain then ever, and my calcium deficiency is playing up.
I've got a meeting with uni tomorrow when I fully expect to be kicked off the course, due to not being able to attend, even though they said it was fine.
Started card making to give me something to do, which is going okay, apart from when I need to move.
I hope you are all okay xSignature down for maintenance :rotfl:0 -
Had a stiff creaky start but plenty of tea helped lubricate the vertebrae

Sort of random to this topic but, online fans are doing an auction of many different kinds of things to raise money to help Haiti recover from the earthquake, here, if any of you are interested. Pipkin - Nope not me although when the nerves are bad in my spine, then I lose control of my foot on that leg...not sure if that is similar.
Had a ouch night, even woke youngest up when I cried out but am now adapting to using my right hand a little more..not so easy as that it the one which has the splint on it! My back is still dodgy, anymore than a minute or so standing up and it goes into the most painful spasm. We made it!
