We have loads of snow here. Its about 6 inches deep now so I am staying snuggld in the house.

Don't know if I said my eyesight has deteriorated in the last moth. Not sure if it is FM related so now not aallowed to drive at all. It is great because I always have someone with me now but very restricting too:) Must keep smiling though.

I have to remove all labels too and can't stand high neck tops. I was given night t-shirts and have just cut down the front on all of them. Hope I don't have to go in hospital as they are all a bit scrappy!

    ARGH OW D@MN IT.

That is my attitude to this day post-9pm.

Snow, ice, and OW. I slipped on it twice - recovered myself the first time, but the second time I landed hard flat on my back - right across the tram lines. I was very lucky the driver of the tram coming towards me was paying attention, as he managed to pull up about six feet short of hitting me as I lay there! I couldn't get up without help because it was all icy around me and I had my backpack on, I felt like a turtle! >_<

So... now, my upper back and chest ache like crazy. I think I may have cracked a rib or two (not broken, I know that would be a sharper pain), but the way I feel right now, I do not want to go sit in a freezing cold A&E for hours to find out. I've doubled up on codeine, had a hot bath, and am lying on the couch with my laptop. Evil freaking weather!

Oh god, that's awful! I'm so glad he saw you. Really hope the bath and codeine works for you. You've kind of confirmed my worst fears... I have to go to work in a minute - I only work one day a week at this company, and have no way of working from home. The pavement outside my house is horrible and icy, and the road looks awful.

:eek: OMG Trialia thank goodness the tram driver had his wits about him! I don't blame you not wanting to visit A&E; but you will take care of yourself, and seek help if the pain worsens, won't you?
    Have an extremely gentle (((HUG))).

Jaz I hope you got to work without going base over apex. I know I moan about being stuck in the house the whoe time, but today I'm glad I don't have to venture forth.

I didn't make it in - the deputy manager rang and said not to risk it, very nice of him! Will try and get some wrapping done instead!

I hope everyone else is having a good day.

Yes it does! It's for a charity, but don't think there are any openings, sorry!
