Oh dear, Dragon, that's not good. You ARE worth bothering about, y'know. (((HUG)))
I know what you mean though, that's how I feel most of the time - don't understand what the heck Mr LW sees in me.

Bevan I've already decided I'm not going to have the SF jab; I feel that the risk of an adverse reaction is much higher than the probability of catching SF in my case. I am not, of course, saying this will be so for anyone else.:o
What she said. I have a ropey few days with the flu jab, which I'm going for on 8th dec, so I don't think inviting the SF jab in is going to help any more than the real flu would hinder?:confused:Plus I'm skeptical about how refined/effective it actually is.

Found out reason for temp, AF is here :(

Love the sound of the bahama's, pina colada anyone?
    AF?

Not much new with me. Finally got the couches swapped today...but now our living room smells like my MIL's house.... Considering she's at best a chronic smoker, I'm unimpressed. My pelvis and hips are more impressed by the comfort factor though ;)
I'm managing to get round the house without the crutches now, and only using one crutch really outside, more for stability than anything else...
Not much else new with me really, but *wave* to everyone :)

  • morning.

lw im coming down witht he flu or something...or trying to its taking its time over hitting me with anything other than dodgy temp, acheyness, lack of energy and headache....but thats enough to prevent me going to my sisters today after all, no chance i can make that drive.
had to buy a new computer earlier int he week, now have to fight with comet over other one being a pos from the start. thank goodness i had my pictures backed up to my external harddrive, though sadly my itunes and games had not copied anything other than the shortcuts so lost all them...some can be retrieved fomr my sister though i know and the rest of the music is on my cds which i hadnt got round to getting rid of.
aside ofmr that still hiding in facebook games mostly, cba with anything else tbh.

    AF?

Sorry, abbreviation used on flylady thread,
AF = Aunt Flo (Womens problem ;))

Think all the grottiness last few days is a mixture of everything, flu jabs, AF, lack of sleep, too much housework etc

Now found out that DH has to work on Sat, which will mean I will have to look after the boys :o God knows how I'll cope as weekends are my time to rest and have a kip on afternoon, cant do that with a 7 & 8 yr old in the house

Uugh, I fell down the stairs this morning - right from the top to the bottom. Feeling pretty grotty, everything is throbbing. I threw after afterwards and now can barely read my eyes are so blurry, and have flickering lights like during a migraine - shock, do you think? Have a few scrapes and think I'm going to have some lovely bruises to show off!

awww jaz are you sure your ok? probably are in shock, warm drink with lots of sugar in will help with that and maybe a little nap to hopefully relax the aching body parts a little.

Sorry about the short one last night, I was too excited at the fact that I actually passed it AND before anyone else had finished!!! :D It was a skills test for my college work, apparantly it will go in my portfolio, whatever one of them is :) My treat for passing? Got to stay up late watching The Dark Knight (lol staying up late isn't exactly a treat with the amount of sleep I've had this week but was nice to snuggle up with DH and kittens in front of tv :))
