Luckily for me, I haven't had a reaction to it, had a bit of a temp last few days but nothing major and the pain in the arm but that's pretty much all for a change, I mainly had it as my Mum is excellent at the 'Nag' quality!!! And I told her if I came down with my usual cold after having the normal flu jab I would be ringing her every day to remind her that I had this cold because of her (ironically this year I haven't developed the cold :rotfl:)

I finally got my MRI results yesterday.

    - Loss of the normal neck curve
    - Disc bulge at C3-C4 in the neck.
    - Disc bulging at L4-L5 with ventral thecal and neural foraminal indentation.
    - Moderate facetal changes at L4-L5 and L5-S1
    - Disc bulging at T10/11

None have critical neural compression, so they aren’t too bad, the Physio said. She also said the facetal changes were pretty common in people with Hypermobility.

What all the words mean – I don’t know! Anyone able to shed some light?

The physio then said there was nothing more she could do, and I was also discharged from Hydrotherapy.

My GP said she would like to refer me to the Chronic Fatigue team, so that's the next step. Also waiting to see the Pain consultant in Feb, where I need to plead with him that the medication I'm on now just isn't enough to help me.

LW, will be 3 months before some of the tests come back, dr said if any that are ready before that come back abnormal she'll phone. But otherwise, 3 months to find out about the MG. She'll be sending me for the single fibre EMG testing before that though I think... Well done on the shower scream cleaning!

Have started on teh pregabalin, 2 days of 50mg, 2 days of 100mg, this is my first day of 100mg, have had to take cinnarizine as it's been making me dizzy, which wasn;t a prob when taking it at night :p also having trouble making sense!
