Hi all, just wondering if ne1 has ever slept 24 16hrs flat staye up for 8hr then went bk to bed .. all in 24 hrs?

Im a little worried about my fatigue cuz im just so tired all the time

saving i have done that before, but usually when im ill with a virus or something or when ive missed a few nights sleep completely and the exhaustion has caught me. f its happening regularly its probably worth a gp enquiry.

thankyou everyone for your lovely replies and support.It has been a very difficult few weeks but now l intend to live the time l have left to the full.so trying to be positive-think there will be tough times ahead when l know l can come here and talk and get support.
its lovely and sunny here today and l am expecting a friend over later but plan to do some of my 2nd xmas sampler which has been on stop and must get it done!

There was a bit in the RSPB e-newsletter the other day that said that if you put used coffee grounds round your vulnerable plants, the slugs will leave them alone. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm now collecting up my coffee grounds - gotta be worth a try!.

is anyone else having trouble accessing facebook today?

lw thats fab i now have far too many variations of pcl that i keep forgetting what website is what name, thank goodness firefox saves login /pw info for me and i oly have to reset thing when i switch computer...

Pcl I don't do facebook, so can't help you there.
I have an Excel spreadsheet with all my login info on - column 1 is the website name, column 2 is the login name I use, and column 3 is a cryptic reminder of what my password is.

pcl glad you said about face book as was just going to ask ...can't load up ..or load up can't log in..me fishes in fish game could be dying grrrrrr..
