sharon i was worried (as were others), it is so good to see you back. im sorry you had such a bad reaction to the chemo, and its left the most sensible choice being the one you have made, that must have been very hard. i iwsh we could help.

off the top of your heads guys can you answer these qustions without looking at your bank statement or anthing else.
1. what date did you open your accont?
2. what is the exact balance in your account, to the penny btw not roughly.
3. do you pay, or have you been charged/paid tax on the interest your account has recieved?
4. what was the exact amount of the last transaction made on your account, and also the exact date that transaction was made, last week some day is not is not acceptable?

can anyone answer all those without looking? or am i being unreasonable in complaining about failing security for an online only account whe i cant acess online banking to look at the answers?

Sharon good to see you back but I am sorry that the Chemo has been so bad for you, I hope the palliative care helps you a bit.

pcl - I could answer the last two questions but not the first two! and no I don't think you are being unreasonable - contact the Banking Ombudsman and see what they say.

I could answer question 3, but none of the others. That's what I have an accounts spreadsheet for.... No, you are not being unreasonable at all.

No purplecatlover, I couldn't answer any of those. I don't remember what I was doing five minutes ago, let almost numbers of anything to the bleeding penny! Ridiculous.

Thanks He is really looking after me, but I feel really sorry for him cos he's absolutely knackered and had to go back to work today and he's working at both jobs tomorrow

I am absolutely shattered which is unfortunately since I have a busy week this week. Also have real ants in my pants and keep looking at things I need to do but don't have the energy to do anything other than look at them. Frustrating.

Someone asked pages back what veg I ws planting. So far I've got Carrots, garlic, onions, radishes and a couple of different types of lettuce. I need to go and get some brocolli/spinach/chard etc and will see what other goodies they have then. The slugs will have a feast!

thanks guys, i spent some time this afternoon writing a complaint letter, but it is two full typed pages long. i dont have 2 rain cells to rub together to get it to say precisely what it needs to say and get the result i want though. and this draft was different than the hand written one i wrote before i started typing...im rubbish at things like that, if somethig can be explained in 10 words i will use 100. more annoyed at the fact i went to the hassle of going int town today (last time i went to town was last october) with id to prove my identity etc and they didnt do it properly, so now i have to go back, which i cant do before friday and i need to transfer money out of it and into other bank account tomorrow.

anyway sorry im going on, ill stop ranting now.

anyone want some quiche?
