Afternoon all, not been in here for a while so thought I'd say hi since I'm procrastinating from a huge list of things to do and zero motivation.
Still avoiding my DLA form too, might have a chat with the Physio next time about it.

Gemmzie, I know it's daunting, but please don't leave the DLA form. Do get some help filling it out, though, OK?

I'll have one of those scones with jam and cream, and a nice cup of tea, I think. Just the thing to set me up for my hols tomorrow.

Which reminds me, I'll be away for 10 days; please don't let the cats sleep in my basket.

gemmie please get CAB or a disability club help you fill in , as they know the right words to explain the pain and movements we have. i throught i could fill in in myself as an ex-office manager easy peasy ! but it was hard and i just sat on it. i bit dust and make appointment with help centre for disability ( all types ) im deaf aswell as firo + other things, best thing ever , they wrote to doctor on my behalk told be what info i need to get ect, i would have never throught of these things. they sent of all forms rang and talked to them , was so happy for them to do it. also looked alot better on the headed paper , to show i was disabled as they only take on the disabled. weight was lifted from my mine. friend have had same down by CAB , and if you have to appeal they come with you and explain what goes on before you go in and speak for you to it want

I .. ahem ... took a leaf out of your book and over-did the gardening yesterday. My apple trees have been driving me nuts as they're so tall and block out the sun in the evening .... I only planned to make a wee start on them, but kinda carried on .... and I only did the bit's I could easily reach!!

I've just popped in for scones with jam and a mug of hot chocolate with whipped cream. Dinner in real world won't be long, but hopefully some virtual food will help stem the munchies I've had since quitting smoking!
