    I will need more than salads Dragon - it was a ghastly sight when I was changing in M&S, I knew that I had put on weight during the last 18 months but not that much:eek: I need to go on a diet and maybe get some exercise - methinks that I may just have to be at the spa on Wednesday mornings for the aqua aerobics sessions:rolleyes:

    Hmm zzzlazydaisy set up a "Lose 7 pounds in a month" club, hopefully she will be doing the same for Janaury - maybe you should join in with us! I want to lose a minimum of 10 stone so I am in for the long haul!
