Thanks for the lemonade LameWolf (nice down the sore throat!), I also put weight on if I don't eat enough - so back to checking everything on Calorie Count!
I've been watching Tales from the Green Valley again and have come over all Tudor! So Stew'd Beef, sops in wine, a salat of fish and a Tansy are on the menu for those prepared to try them :rotfl:Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Well I havent really had time to look at the calorie count thing - it didnt like it when I changed my weight either because I had entered the incorrect poundage:rolleyes: Still I tried to do better yesterday and today - I even ventured out to the bank this morning, I walked quite briskly too which makes a change but truth be known the bank is less than 5 mins away across a busy dual carriageway but at least it was a walk:D
Turkey Escalopes, Baked Beans and the last of the oven chips tonight (chunky mccains type ones which are rather nice). I am trying to eat what is in the fridge as I am going away next Friday:j - I can see it now, I will be packing 6 hardboiled eggs in my bag:rotfl:0 -

The cafe is really a wonderful place. No-calorie food as much as you wish. I've had croissants freshly made by the cafe elves followed by coffee. Might sneak in a few amaretti biscuits. Daughter is asleep, but coughing all night. Lemsip Christmas seems to have been rife round here. Met the neighbours over the recycling boxes and most of their friends and relatives have been poorly over the Christmas. Other daughter drove back in her new car last night. She is thrilled because it actually goes up hills;);)
Sunny here.
We shall be preparing to go to Venice next week. We managed to get a 1p fare from Ryanair. Will have to stock up on amaretti biscuits for the cafe.
Anyone else for elevenses:coffee:0 -
Count me in please M.E, lucky you going to Venice, I've always wanted to go there.

Oooh Venice - very nice! I haven't been there in about 10 years (and probably never will again!), by the sounds of it we all want nice warming food, so I plan on serving Cajun chicken, Jerk Pork, Tagines, curry and chilli!
I'm still coughing for Europe and everything still aches :mad:Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
