anyone know which of these is the one that was on tv?

I thought it was the one I just purchased Tia but not 100% sure,my daughter wants a dryer that straightens her hair and I saw one on an advert the other day and came onto this thread and saw what I thought was it and at £16 was amazed so got one.......

No doubt there is more to it than that!

I got the pro 230 from Tesco Direct for about £29 - fab, v pleased

I'm slightly confused here. Are the ones in Argos @ £29.?? the ones which are good, as good as GHDs? I want to get some for my DD2, DD1 recently bought herself some pink GHDs but they cost her a whopping £120 but I have to admit they are really good. I don't really want to pay £100+ if I can get something just as good for £29.

The very first link for the BaByliss 2085U Pro 230°C Straighteners is £29.49 at amazon and Argos and £26.44 at Currys if you are willing to get a price match (against the argos price, because currys dont price match amazon goods). This is the one that 59 reviewers on amazon give 5* and have often moved from GHDs to the Babyliss one. MrsTom also recommends them earlier in this thread.

are they as good as ghd????i have afro hair and ghd are good but i dont want to pay out over 100 for another set if the pro radiance are as good

I've got very thick wavy hair, I've had the GHD's and when they broke I bought the babyliss 230's, in my opinion the Babyliss ar equally as good
