even cheaper than doing the price match thing at currys!
my ghd's are dying at the moment and i cant decide which pro 230's to go for?? anyone help? are the elegance or radiance ones worth paying the extra money for??0 -
Do Amazon still refund any price drops within a 30 day period, I know they used too.
I would be interested if anyone knows, as my order has only just been dispatched, haven't received it yet, and could have saved £5, if it hadn't already been dispatched i would have cancelled and reordered. Thanks0 -

Hi,
Have you ever wondered y this price drop in the hair straightners? I had a hair wash+cut+blow dry booked on saturday since i had a party to attend in the evening and after the cut I spoke to my hair stylist and she said instead of blowdrying them straight I shd get them curled coz straightening was going out of vogue and curling was the latest thing in, she had some electronic stone curler that did the curls in 3 seconds each twirl, and I let her do what she wanted on my hair, and in the party everybody was after how different and better i looked etc etc, even though my ghds are dying on me i m still wondering on whether i shd order the babyliss ones or not, any advice on that pls?
Thanks for tips in advance,

Hi Pia
From a man's perspective, I can never understand why my daughter spends so much time straightening her hair when I think she has the most gorgeous natural wavy hair anyway. BUT, men are probably the least understanding and least fashion conscious of our two genders anyway!
I suppose that to an outsider, it's hard to tell whether someone's hair is straightened or not, so whatever the current 'trend' I would go with whatever you feel most comfortable and confident with. I also suppose that if you have natural curly hair, then owning straighteners does always give you the option of changing your appearance.I have gained from advice as well as bargains here, so if I can help in any way, I am only too pleased to do so and appreciate your thanks.0 -

Hi Manchestman, Thanks for your valuable advice, I was just wondering its in between trends and maybe thats y the prices of the straightners have gone so much down? And if so they might still go further down, as it does with all electronic gadgets that we end up storing in our houses, just a thought....money saving by not spending!0 -

You can curl your hair with the Babyliss 230's just the same as you can with GHD's - its just getting the knack right.
I don't think it says anything on the packaging that you can do it but I have tried it myself and it works.0 -

Back up to £29.49 now, that reduction didn't last long.0
