Anyone out there having problems with ambasun. We have Apartment in Bulgaria paid for but builders will not pass over overship as they said Ambasun did not pass on our last payment to them. Any other unfortunate in our position

Where have you bought? There is a google group sorting all this out. The deeds are about to be issued

goldieseptember,i am in exactly same position as you and have been since 2007 i am now going to seek action against developers in bulgarian court through solicitors bulgaria who after reading my contract tell me iam entitled to a full refund as the payments asked for are not my responsibility but the developers the sting in the tale to this is it is going to cost me in the region of 6000 euros to do this but i mean to proceed with this action .Ambasun bulgaria have been little help with this keeping me informed if you read this forum you will see a lot of problems with bulgaria and its property. I note there is a property action group posted a few posts above yours perhaps this would be of help as at present the bulgarian property market is a minefeild of unscrupulas people and needs sorting out. Sorry to here of your problems i can understand how you feel as i have had many sleepless nights over this and am in a permanent stressful state, by the way my appartment is avalon in sunny beach for which i have paid fully.

hi noel. as you know we have many private e mails to each other i suggest you look at the site bulgarian property action group and what they have to say about bulgarian solicitors and qualifications (or lack of them) frightening but given how the rest of the country is run not surprising! as to your problem above the song its all gone quiet over there comes to mind !?

Not heard a word. Interesting from the forum that she is only contacting the compliant ones. People like yourself and me who question her, are totally ignored.

It is not right nor it is ethical to be treated in such a manner, after all we are all fee paying clients who have paid Anna for her legal services. I, like other clients want my paperwork and is it too much to expect a good level of communication from people?
