A couple face losing hundreds of thousands of pounds after investing in a Bulgarian ski resort.
Sharon and Paul Hassall, from Horsham, are one of about 70 families who accuse a property firm of illegally taking possession of the All-Seasons holiday complex in the ski resort of Bansko.
The pair paid £200,000 for two flats through Rockarch Estates in London but say they and the other families have been denied entry to the building and even arrested.

Hi Jan

One of the main reasons for us not getting our deeds I believe is due to a few clients refusing to pay funds required. I think Anna/Desi should give those clients that refuse to pay the opportunity to pay outstanding funds by a set date and if they still refuse to pay Anna/Desi should just get the deeds for those clients that have paid in full.
Why should we all wait for the arkward ones???
