I really hope that things dont come to that, Hopefully when people get their deeds they will be able to enjoy their apartments and that in time the properties will appreciate in value. Surely it cant be all doom and gloom forever.

It seems to have gone quiet. I have put numerous calls in to Anna asking questions but I get no response. You are clearly more of an optimist

Yes I know where you are coming from with the 'no response' issue, I too have sent emails to Anna up to very recently and have not had any reply to them, I simply cannot understanding the reasoning and mentality behind this, my thinking is that if your in business you at least should reply to questions/queries/telephone calls / emails etc. Clearly others think differently to myself. Why the communication breakdown??
  • Thanks Noel

You are right the thread is now being lost but Bacon Shoes seems to keep it alive with his / her witty comments.

You must have lots of friends if you and all the others are throwing money around like confetti for something that will never get built and then come on here looking for sympathy and crying in your beer.

Maybe your new year resolution will be to avoid dodgy get rich quick scams in third world countries. Sorry my friend but you can live life without friends but you cannot live life without money.

    Amen

    Hi Electic Blue

Let me assure you that I dont have lots of cash to be throwing around, especially in recessionary times like at present and for the forseeable future. Im not looking for sympathy myself, im just voicing my opinions and concerns which is the whole idea behing this thread. I dont make new year resolutions because if you dont make them you cant break them. There is merit in your closing sentence alright you definately cannot live without money, it is a necessity but the love of money sadly is the route to evil as the saying goes. Finally yes, I do have friends but not of the 'fair weather' kind.

  • Hi everyone, just catching up on my emails, I've been out of action for a few days.
Steady on Stuart, that is very harsh and indeed rude and totally uncalled for.
What I think, everybody, is that Stuart is trying to say it is vitally important to get your Notary papers sent off. I think it's been a bit confusing in explaining how to do it. It is quite easy:
    1. Check out a Notary Solicitor in your area.
    2. Make an appointment.
    3. Sign and take Notary papers (along with passport) to Solicitor.
    4. Solicitor signs, stamps, seals papers.
    5. For a fee of approx £250 (which I paid) Solicitor can get it sent off the following day to London via special courier, then from there via special courier to Bulgaria.

Anna received my papers within 2 weeks and sent an email to confirm.
It was a quick, easy process and cost a little extra.
Onto a different matter, I've had an email from Nikolay about the furniture pack. He wants 5980 if I want to pay for the furniture, or 6279 if taking the furniture money from rent/lets. Does this sound far too much or does it sound about right?

To be fair, I actually think we've all been blackmailed. It was either pay £2000/£3000 or don't get your deeds. Pay AGAIN for the furniture or it doesn't get furnished, then obviously can't be let out. I know there's no great solution, and we're all in the same boat, but to be honest I am financially crippled by this.
I have had to think very hard, and have come up with the sad and unfortunate conclusion that when I am in possession of my deeds, I will have to put my apartment on the market. We lost out on last years rent, I won't get any this year because I have to pay back the furniture from the rent. I have a young family and we were looking forward to great holidays there. I won't even get the chance to see my own apartment.
Well, lets keep smiling though, because as our reps keep saying - What a great start to 2010!!
    Regards, Sharon

You must be in th in crew.
Anna never responds to me or many others that I speak to.
You are right about the blackmail.
Bully boy tactics by Mr Whippy. How dare he speak to us in that way. He's just an illiterate Geordie. Which school did you go to Whippy. You're giving us Geordies a bad name
