I would agree that the properties for individuals in various developments are financially turning out to be dearer than anticipated. but lets wait and see and hope & pray that people will receive their deeds next month as agreed in the Hereford meeting. I remain positive that all will come good for buyers, but also I do understand and appreciate peoples stress and upset levels about the situation.

Its the likes of myself who have been cast aside and persecuted for defying the inner sanctum that have most to be annoyed at. We have been sold out by Keith and his merry men. Although I wouldn't condone it I think terrorist methods may be some peoples only options and I can understand their frustrations. Dont be surprised if there are a spate of fires at dawn park and the other Desi controlled apartments. Its sad but people have been messed around for too long now and we are all feeling the pinch

I really hope that things dont come to that, Hopefully when people get their deeds they will be able to enjoy their apartments and that in time the properties will appreciate in value. Surely it cant be all doom and gloom forever.
