Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

on my complex where i live for a number of weeks at a time in sunny beach some freinds of mine who own and never rent out there apartment came over here for break and found bulgarians living in their apartment this is not a isolated thing either!!! the excuse given by the then manager was you may own the apartment but we own the complex and why did you not inform us you were coming as though it was their fault unbelievable but completly true !!! As for your property being rented does that not make it used? and as such should be a resale with a corresponding drop in price?, I always thought new meant unused? After all would you buy a car with a few hundred miles on it as new? Just a thought ?

Hi All,

I know that you have all received the proposal that was outlined in the meeting that was held at Madley. There are a few of you who are not happy with that proposal I think one of you has implied that it is almost blackmail and have told me that you are going to your solicitor. My reply is simple do it (already one). Six months ago when Amba Sun went into administration it seemed that everyone was going to lose their properties now the majority will be getting their deeds in the New Year (believe it when I see it) and the extra money will help to complete the other developments (plus pay for Dosi's lost legal case v Maxwell and Dosi's and Anna's shopping bill in London recently). If you have a problem then go and speak to Amba Sun or the administrators and see where that gets you (already have but at least these are not asking me to pay for their legal costs / expenses).

Desi has given us this chance, Anna has agreed to do the paperwork free of charge, but it is easier to criticise those who have got us this far than to challenge the guilty ones. We are now going to the police with our evidence and if you really want to put the guilty ones in jail then support me instead of critisising me (Was it Dosi in Sofia ? Anna in Sunny Beech ? Maxwell in Bansko ? Or 2 Jags in Hereford ? No it's Keith in Madley !). I am confused I thought Dosi and Anna were helping us - now you want to send them to jail ??????)

I have worked with the Reps, Desi and Anna to get this far (penthouse sorted) and you will get your deeds in the New Year (which New Year ?), but you must understand that by issuing these deeds Desi is accepting that you have paid her all of the money, and we all know this is not the case, but some of you still complain about their intentions (those intentions being that every time they come over they ask for more money and if their case was so strong why have they lost the court case and got to pay over £100k to Maxwell all funded by us the clients, I dare say), cant you just be grateful that you are getting your deeds (let's get them first - do not trust them Bulgarians). I have spoken to Desi about two clients who have only paid 50% each they will now own one apartment between them; they are delighted with the outcome (maybe they are into that sort of thing wife swap etc so what - what about the other 200 clients). This is not the perfect solution for any of us including Desi but it is the only way forward (just watch we will be ripped again - give it till March and they will want us to part with more funds). If any ones solicitor wants to take the court case on they are welcome to do so. (Where is big Jag our brief when we need him - reckon he has got his penthouse sorted and has disappeared off into the sunset - is he still working for the council - if so they have December off work - could we not get him to offer his expertise ? He is not normally shy of voicing his opinion).

Can I now ask for those clients who are not interested in the proposal to let the reps know immediately, so that Anna and Desi can start preparing the paperwork accordingly? (Good old Anna doing everything for nothing - why is that ? Reckon she must be a Christian - season of goodwill to all men and that - we should call her Santa and Dosi can be called Claus or should that be Claws ?)

There is at last something to look forward to in the New Year just think where we were six months ago, so come on everyone lets pull together and see this through, if you haven’t yet received them, the details about payment will be sent to you very soon.

noel, and every client reading this solicitor bulgaria have independantly looked at my contract and request for further money(even though i have fully paid every payment including 3% tax & solicitors fees).the following information is what they have given me.1 It is imateirial that ambasuns agents have gone into insolvency i am entitled to a full refund of my moneys.2 If i go to court with this they will be liable for my court costs 4% of cost of property my solicitors costs,and my late completion costs , given this information that they are completley in the wrong will they refund my money completely?we will see? i know desi and anna read this blog perhaps they can now do the right thing and refund my money in full or is that wishfull thinking and i have will to take court action to recover what is owing to me a reply i am awaiting .
