trollfever, not all of them a lot are developers and agents we dont invest in property we invest in there lifestyles. the only losers are us, 10/20% to buy ,same on build costs, solicitors furniture packs, and finally the last nail to sell again.the only invest i see is us in them not in property which is in alot of cases overvalued and some of it badly constructed any body coming over here who wants to look at a decent property built to a excellent standard look at royal sun in sunny beach.0

ah well i was referring to bacon shoes.
Just take the thousands of pounds of loss you experience either in successfully getting your 'luxury flat' or by not getting one at all.
Swallow hard... and smile... for you have made some clever entrepeneur loads of money... well done.
Theres always a flip side.. the money you've lost they've gained..
every cloud and all that...0 -
Sorry everyone, I do have the price list - it's 5, 980 Euro = £5,443, payable in 2 installments before end Jan 2010, or 12 monthly payments. I didn't receive the attachment detailing the items in the furniture pack.
This is really difficult - we have to pay £2000/£3000 for the fund either before or after xmas. Then we have to pay £5443 for the furniture pack after xmas, this with a growing family and school fees, is very difficult. I don't have that extra cash hanging around! Still, what can we do.
Regards, Sharon
You for real?

I cannot believe there are still punters parting with hard earned funds.
The furniture packs at this amount are extortionate - way over the going rate and there are plenty of other companies that you can find on the internet that will do it at a fraction of the price. I bet the developer has his own furniture company and you are being ripped off.
I know it is hard but walk away and right it off as a bad experience and learn by it. £5k now £3k over 12 months when will it end you poor soles.0 -
to prove those cynics among you that investing in Bulgaria was worth it. Apart from the fact that when we get our apartments (which we will) we can enjoy a beautiful country on breaks/holidays, they will appreciate in value (property always does eventually). I don't consider myself a loser, far from it!0
