For any people reading this forum after my experience of bulgaria and its services i would advise not to get involved in property purchases here.

A lot of MSErs reached that decision when the previous Ambasun thread was current
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

as from today i have started to look for independent solicitor to get a refund of all my money from my purchase of avalon and mean now to go forward with this action to the bitter end however long it takes as i now am totally disapointed with the lack of response and information from bulgarian end and although this is going to take a not inconsiderable amount of money i feel i have not any choice. For any people reading this forum after my experience of bulgaria and its services i would advise not to get involved in property purchases here. The services and infrastructures are very poor in comparison to the rest of europe and i can not see as they will be a asset to the eu in any shape or form and will take a lot out of the finances of the eu but put very little back in.

Keith and his band of merry men sold you down the river too?
Look who is in the inner sanctum and have got their appartments, probably even been upgraded. Not everyone in Bulgaria is poor. Desi and Anna have made a packet out of this. Porsche cars are not cheap even in bulgaria

    I wouldn't agree with this

I have bought an apartment in bulgaria that looks like its not going right however, the builders were irish and just because they didnt secure funding etc for the development is no reflection on the bulgarian economy or people.

I think it is a fascinating country and will definitely benefit the EU in years to come:D maybe not for a couple years but is definitely worth the investment

i live for long periods of time in bulgaria and can state there are decent and polite bulgarians unfortunatly there are to many of the other kind which is spoiling the reputation of the country.i recently left my camera in a taxi from the airport and the taxi driver was honest and would not take any money from me he also charges 40 lev to sunny beach unlike some, also my battery was flat and a local car rental company helped me out by taking my battery to a garage to charge the taxi was dushko 0888305837the car hire co which is also very competative i shall be posting the number when i pick up a bussiness card from them so you see i do not say they are all the same and i have no connection with these people beyond using their services.

Everyone Here is an email that i received from Desi regarding the deeds and using our apartments whilst waiting for them. Hope this helps. Private email me if you would like more info as i don't like putting too much info on this google due to the likes of Bacon shoes and his merry men who get a buzz out of extracting the urine out of clients comments....
