I tried to look at the google group but was unable to enter the site. When I asked the administrators to grant me access I was told that it was closing down and not to make waves......

Doesn't surprise me. Keith and his merry men are close to getting their deeds at the expense of everyone else. If you are not in the in crowd you will not get them. From " we are all in in together and lets stick together" its "I'm alright Jack. I've got my deeds". If Maxwell is reading please take note.
DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNLESS EVERYONE WHO SHOULD GET AN APPARTMENT GETS THEIR DEEDS.

    WORDS OF WISDOM

Seems to me we have gone full circle. . .everybody waiting, not really sure what to do next.

Lots of people bickering amongst each other is not helping anything.

Its good that still so many people are communicating but I dont think we should fill the forum with this kind of thing, its disheartening.

I cant imagine anybody parting with any more money until we get deeds, even if they could afford it. There have simply been too many empty promises.

The Bulgarians have to do something a bit more concrete if they want any kind of positive response from any of us.

As far as this site is concerned, lets keep only helpful/positive postings on here.

Ps. does anybody know what happened to Keith Guyett? Is he still around?

All the best everybody and lets all stay together
    Alex (Carla)

    Well done Alex

Is Keith Guyatt, Debbie McGee? Nice trick Paul Daniels

Vote Keith Alexander the Great as our new leader. Keith "the penthouse" Guyatt and Jag "run off like a" Hayre nowhere to be seen as their advice turns to rat sh**.

Wacko Jacko - I am interested in renting out my apartment - half completed no toilet or kitchen. Maybe you could sing us a few songs and dedicate them while u r at it :-

    1. Stay Stay Stay (in my apartment) - Wacko Jacko
    2. I'll be there (not) - Jag and the Penthouse 4.
    3. Got to be there (Keith Guyatt)
    4. I wanna be where you are (clients to Penthouse 4)
    5. Enjoy yourself (Desi)
    6. You can't win (Anna)
    7. Don't stop till you get enough (Desi)
    8. She's out of my life (those few clients who have completed and no longer have to deal with Anna)
    9. Lovely one (Watson sisters)
    10. BAD (Desi's legals)
    11. Smooth criminal (who do you think)
    12. Man in the mirror (crazy Noel)
    13. Thriller (Amba Sun shows)
    14. Beat It (Desi response as she asks us for more money)
    15. You are not alone (Sheila)
    16. The (girl) / penthouse is mine (Penthouse 4 arguing over which one they get)
    17. In the back (Desi)
    18. Someone put your hand out (Stuart Watson)

This whole situation has put me under serious stress - I have had to let my butler go and cannot afford to heat my indoor pool. We are only eating out 4 times a week and my golf handicap has dropped 3 due to me not being able to play as much.

I have now been asked for more money from Bulgaria as they have not built the local !!!!! house and they want me to fund the cost of this. I am already funding the security cameras, water, electricity, and maintenance for the resort already but what's another 2000 Euros. On top of this I have paid for my furniture so many times that I have been sent a loyalty card for Ikea.

    Thanks for the update Ray

    With reference to your note

    Firstly....
You can see that Brandan says one thing and then goes back on his word. As
you may or may not know, the legal case was lost on a technicality and
therefore the substantial evidence against Brendan Maxwell was never
considered by the court. The legal costs were actually £70k and not over
£229k – you can be assured we have this on very good authority. We, the
clients have not had any involvement what so ever in the Bulgarian legal
    side.

No one as ever told us what the outcome of the case was. What is the technicality? If the case was so good why no appeal? Why have we been kept in the dark? Why are his legal costs so high? Why did we have no involvement? My understanding was we contributed to the case. In fact - see below
    The Fund

Following the meeting held in Walsall on Sunday, 16th August 2009 and the
general agreement to set up a fund to take the legal issue forward, Stuart
watson is going to set up a dedicated bank account for the monies to be paid
    into.

Can I ask everyone who is in agreement to support the fund please send your
cheques for £300 to Stuart, made payable to *Stuart Watson* at the follow
    address…

On the back of the cheque can you write your name (the person who is
purchasing the apartment), name of the development , the apartment number
and reference number. Can I also ask you all to send a stamped addressed
envelope with the cheques so Stuart can post a receipt? I cannot emphasise
enough the latter two requests are very, very important.
To re-iterate what was said at the meeting, we are extremely keen to get
some funding to ensure the legal case between Desi and Brendan does goes to
court. The alternative will likely result in Desi going into liquidation and
we will all end up with nothing. I appeal to all to support the fund.
Desi has indeed assured Ray and Keith that the money sent to her for the
legal fees will be purely as a loan and will issue a receipt for all money
sent to her. In the event she wins the case she will repay all the loans
back to the clients. In the event she loses we will likely lose the money.

We funded the case against him. I would do exactly what he has done and say "stuff you"

Did you seriously think you could try and shaft him with a red hot poker and he would turn around and help you. Desi said she could get us the deeds without Brendan. Time for her to prove this now I think

Looks like we backed the wrong horse. I don't think William Hill would give me my Grand national Bet money back.
We have lost on the Derby and the Grand national. Time to stop betting............
  • Hi Bacon, Crispy here.

Question ? How many squirrels walk in Suton Colefield, Birmingham ?

When you have worked it out, then you can pop along and ask for your money back or your apartment. Perhaps you already know the answer, is this why you have failed to cut & paste this particular e mail. ?
