Out of interest, why didn't the group hire their own lawyers in Bulgaria and sue there? It would surely have been sensible to have your own independent, untainted representation, and I am sure the British embassy/consulate could have provided a short-list.

bacon shoes just as a matter of interest i have the same bank statements as you from barclays bank when i had a copy made of them i gave this to anastasia to give to ambasun international to prove they had received money via ana the response i got from anastasia was they were fakes and made up ,this i find amusing to say the least ,any comment?

I've not had any bank statements from barclays but if they are fakes then I am not sure why you would find that amusing

the bank statments i refer to show transactions between anna and ambasun in england and were given to me by them at there main office in coleshill in bham and show that every payment requested by anna was paid these are statments from barcleys commercial bank anastasia was a employee of ambasun international.i find it amusing as all these statments had bank reference numbers on them if they were fakes as i was told why have they got these which can be checked out ?

I have statements showing my money being banked and sent. Why would I have the same statements as you?
My statements tie in with transactions I made. Mine have not been questioned. You are the one claiming they are forgeries. I have never claimed that

as from today i have started to look for independent solicitor to get a refund of all my money from my purchase of avalon and mean now to go forward with this action to the bitter end however long it takes as i now am totally disapointed with the lack of response and information from bulgarian end and although this is going to take a not inconsiderable amount of money i feel i have not any choice.For any people reading this forum after my experience of bulgaria and its services i would advise not to get involved in property purchases here.The services and infrastructures are very poor in comparison to the rest of europe and i can not see as they will be a asset to the eu in any shape or form and will take a lot out of the finances of the eu but put very little back in.
