What I dont understand is that if he signed the protocols in June 2008 to transfer some assets, why did he not do them all in one job lot. Why has he not signed protocols for the apartments we have bought? Something a bit fishy here. Has all this dispute been set up so him and Desi have an excuse to rent out our apartments for extra money. Have we any evidence that a court case exists?

have you seen the court papers though? We were told in January Desi had gone to court. Nothing happened.

I tried to contact Anna today and was told she is on holiday.
I wonder she where she has gone. I cannot afford a holiday and have no holiday home to show for my money

He says he has signed no protocols in June 2008. He is prepared to sign over for any client to ensure they recieve their apartment

Maxwell did confirm a court case was taking place and said he was taking a number of actions also but would not tell me exactly what action


Does anyone know what will happen to the rental income from the completed apartments?. From the pictures I have it looks like they are all being rented yet Desi says most of them have no furniture.
Has anyone recieved any information on occupancy levels?

We would like to give some more information with regards to our request for contributing to the legal costs of the process against Amba Sun Limited Ltd, UK and Brendan Maxwell. We are waiting for the lawyers to provide the exact amount of the total costs but roughly it was calculated that it will be necessary between 200-500 euro to be paid by every client if around 300 clients agree to support the court case. Less clients join the group, the bigger amount will be necessary to be paid by the others.

We are in a process of opening a bank account in UK where the money for the legal case will be gathered. The funds will be controlled not only by us but by clients` reps. This will be the most safe and transparent way for everybody.

We appreciate your support and we would like to thank to all clients who will support the court case.

Shall we make a stand. I would sooner spend my 200-500 euro's on getting on a flight to claim my apartment and throw whoever is in there out over the balcony (maybe its the scotsman in me). Whilst we are over here we are helpless.

Just had an email from Ambasun Int confirming they will sign our deeds. Cooking on gas now. Lets hope Delagio send them through for signing this week. Might even get in our apartmnets before the end of summer

Sorry about the joke but it would appear we have made a breakthrough.

Lets hope the other clients get their apartments soon too
