    :rotfl:

The link in #538 did lead to a firm of solicitors in Birmingham who claim:

xxxxxxxx are one of only a handful of firms handling property transactions in Bulgaria and are now the preferred buyers solicitors for the xxxxxxx Bulgaria project.

They must not have been very reputible if they no longer exist as a legal firm.

An interesting last couple of hours reading!

I bought a studio apartment in the Sonia development (have not seen anyone posting on here from that development at all....is that good or bad).

I put the first installment down in October 2006 and as far as i am aware i have a 6 page contract (the document is with my solicitor...just waiting on a call back).

If there is anyone else that has bought in that complex please call me +353 851511331 or if anyone has any info with regards to combatting diageo, ambasun and any legal representation that has been involved in the process either through civil or criminal proceedings to ensure justice prevails.

Another joke from Desi. see below

    It should read

Please fund my new porsche. I am of course very poor and am only renting your property out for nothing and not the 800 euro a week advertised on the internet and therefore want the rest of your money also.
Please transfer another 500 euros into my account as it is more difficult for me to run off with it if you pay sterling in to the uk.
I will get Anna to sort out a loan contract for you because as you know she is great on contracts and even though you bought some time ago, she now claims that the contracts are not valid. She will do a nice loan agreement for you which will cost you very little but will be worth even less than the paper it is written on. It will have an English translation which will be different to the Bulgarian but it will fool you suckers again. By the time it is all resolved I will be very rich, as I will have rented out your apartment for so long at 800 euros a week that your apartment will require a complete overall.
That will give me another opportunity, as Delageo the developer, to do a refurb on your property and rip you off again

    Keep the money rolling

Keith keeps beating the drum and we all get poorer whilst Desi fills her piggy bank. Keith - please play a different tune.

Disgruntled Bulgarian appartment owner (well nearly)
  • Hi

I have bought an appartment in Dawn park complex sunny beach and have recently had a letter stating that Brenda Maxwell from Ambasun has refused to sign the appropriate vdocuments to transfer ownship of the studio appartment, after i have paid for the appartment in full. What legal action can i take and is anybody else in a similar situation to myself.

    Thanks

    Very interesting note just recieved

    Dear Client

As part of the legal investigation I have signed a consent order allowing the freezing of my personal assets to the value of 3,500,000 Euros. I am more than happy to comply with this and this helps us to issue a counter-claim and take action against Desi in the UK courts, as well as in Bulgaria. Despite numerous requests, Desi Atanasova (partner in Bulgaria) still refuses an independent audit of the Bulgarian accounts as well as the UK 's (by an international forensic accountancy practice of her choice and wholly paid for by myself).

I still maintain that Desi does not have a legal case and can now inform you that both her and Anna Pravchanska are being investigated by the police, tax authorities and law society for the misappropriation of funds. Please note that Anna Pravchanska (solicitor) has only accounted for 2.3 million Euros of the 13 million Euros my team have sent to her client account (another 5 million Euros was sent direct to the developers including Delagio and Golf and Ski, and my team have bank statements / transfers to prove all of this). I am also alleging that Desi has fraudulently signed contracts using my signature as she refuses to send original documentation across to be forensically examined.

At the start of the venture a loan of 2.45million Euros was made to Desi to buy the land and offices in Bulgaria. This was due to be paid back in January 2009 ,or after the clients final payment had been received.I believe this prompted our dismissal as agents in September 2008as, to date, the loan has not been repaid, hence why I have incurred almost £150,000 legal fees to date.

Yesterday my team were also informed by our solicitors in Bulgaria, DLA Piper, that Desi has sold, on behalf of Delagio (where she is only a minority shareholder and I personally own 80% of this company) and Golf and Ski (which I am a 50% shareholder) the properties in Sunny Beach, Aheloy, Razlog (Bansko) and Sofia. Most of these properties were sold to Prime Developments Company (where Desi is the sole owner / proprietor) and some of the properties have been sold to individuals. These transfers are unlawful and she is illegally moving our assets into her own name. Both Desi and Anna have stated that clients cannot take ownership of their properties without my signature.

DLA Piper have now passed this information to the courts and police in addition to the information which was served 2 weeks ago, and hopefully this will now lead to action being taken against them.

On one development, Dawn Park, Desi has also stated that she has insufficient funds to complete yet she has finished the unsold properties and is renting them out. This is not acceptable.

I am obviously going to continue my legal proceedings and will update you once I have more information.

A number of clients have contacted my team regarding a joint legal action and we are also investigating this with DLA Piper, as now she has illegally moved the assets from Delagio and Golf and Ski I believe this may remove some of the "conflict of interest"(that previously existed).

You've got to ask why he refuses to sign when Dawn Park is now complete and could be handed over? Has anyone asked that question of him?
There have been assets sold and handed over on this complex (according to my information) so why would he give permission for some and not others. Surely he would want to get clients off his back?
