Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

Ok, The situation is very serious and genuine buyers like me could do without idiots posting silly messages. Have you bought from Amba?
It's a great shame about possibly losing your money already put in, but that's water under the bridge. There is a risk that this latest twist with Anna is just a further attempt to get money out of people who are becoming increasingly desperate. I would really want to see references and qualifications before handing money over to her. In the UK, solicitors are bonded by the Law Society. Is that the case in Bulgaria? Can anyone there call themselves a solicitor, perhaps? There's a lot of research to be done.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Yes I realise that it is a public forum and I was not implying that people contributing to it were wrong or that their comment was not valid in their opinion. All i ask is that people respect the buyers difficult individual situations. Thank you.0

I have not seen this post before.
What action can Ambasun take against you if you have done nothing wrong?
You say they are taking action. What are they trying to sue you for?
If you are a real lawyer why are you posting on a public forum?
Prove you are really Anna pravchanska?
Just like when I try to call her with difficult questions. Not in the office0 -
Thw whole thing is just one big scam. Seriously, anyone with a brain can see that right from the first post on this thread. You ain't ever seeing your money back. Just accept you got ripped and move on. Nothing to see here.

Surely, there's an awful lot of building work that's gone on for a complete scam? I don't know, but I suspect that they simply ran out of money. It sounds like there may have been some exchange rate losses, too.
I imagine that the developers thought they were going to be billionaires (in local terms) by the time this was finished. When things started to go wrong, of course, they may have staretd to get desperate.
For the benefit of future readers (if there are any), it's clear from this and other threads that it is a really bad idea to make stage payments on flats.
If you are building a house and you own everything from the ground up, you can make stage payments for the work as it is done, as you own the property. But with a block of flats your stage payments go into the whole building, and you own nothing until it is completed and handed over. So, you are totally reliant on the goodwill and morals of the developers. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
