I am more concerned when you last asked Mr Maxwell to sign whatever paperwork you claim he will not sign?
I spoke to him this week and he says he has not been asked to sign over any deeds for ownership

surely delagio should be doing the chasing because at the moment he has an unfinised project that needs to be paid for and signed over.

Why did we wait 2 to 3 years before we knew our contracts were not correct?
I had contact with Anna in 2006 yet she did not tell me then that my contract was not correct.
It is only when the proverbial sh*t hits the fan that she then tries to cover her backside.
I am trying to work out if she is in this with Delageo (Desi) or Ambasun.
I am led to believe she would have recieved the monies we sent.
if she hadn't agreed a contract why did she pass this money on?
No solicitor worth his salt would do this in the UK.
Surely this is why Ambasun is suing her ( as she claims)

I hope my old gran from Bulgaria has answered my prayers and is watching out for me to put a curse on them. She is buried in Sofia
She always said money doesn't make you happy its family. I hope their family life is unhappy and that their kids turn against them. (assuming they have them) If they have no kids I hope their partners are seedless so that they cannot procreate more thieving robbing b*stards

I bought directly in Bulgaria from a guy called Kevin Dobson who worked at Ambasun Bulgaria. I have not dealt with the Uk, though I know they are linked

Not sure if its completed to be honest.
I lost my job last year so have kept my head down as I was hoping to make a quick buck on the deal and sell as soon as it was complete. I can't get funding to pay the final payment and am just hoping things go good for me. I already have property in Bulgaria which is my grans but have not been out for a while.
Kevin Dobson did tell me that Anna was Desi's mate and I met her at Delageo offices when i was there so the !!!!!!!! she has put on here about not talking to them etc etc really makes me angry. Either that or she is on drugs and can't remember where she is.
How simple is it to pick a phone up and arrange deeds to be signed. I can't believe she thinks we will fall for that excuse
