    Dear Client

    As part of the legal investigation I have signed a consent order allowing the freezing of my personal assets to the value of 3,500,000 Euros. I am more than happy to comply with this and this helps us to issue a counter-claim and take action against Desi in the UK courts, as well as in Bulgaria. Despite numerous requests, Desi Atanasova (partner in Bulgaria) still refuses an independent audit of the Bulgarian accounts as well as the UK 's (by an international forensic accountancy practice of her choice and wholly paid for by myself).

    I still maintain that Desi does not have a legal case and can now inform you that both her and Anna Pravchanska are being investigated by the police, tax authorities and law society for the misappropriation of funds. Please note that Anna Pravchanska (solicitor) has only accounted for 2.3 million Euros of the 13 million Euros my team have sent to her client account (another 5 million Euros was sent direct to the developers including Delagio and Golf and Ski, and my team have bank statements / transfers to prove all of this). I am also alleging that Desi has fraudulently signed contracts using my signature as she refuses to send original documentation across to be forensically examined.

    At the start of the venture a loan of 2.45million Euros was made to Desi to buy the land and offices in Bulgaria. This was due to be paid back in January 2009 ,or after the clients final payment had been received.I believe this prompted our dismissal as agents in September 2008 as, to date, the loan has not been repaid, hence why I have incurred almost £150,000 legal fees to date.

    Yesterday my team were also informed by our solicitors in Bulgaria, DLA Piper,that Desi has sold, on behalf of Delagio (where she is only a minority shareholder and I personally own 80% of this company) and Golf and Ski (which I am a 50% shareholder) the properties in Sunny Beach, Aheloy, Razlog (Bansko) and Sofia. Most of these properties were sold to Prime Developments Company (where Desi is the sole owner / proprietor) and some of the properties have been sold to individuals. These transfers are unlawful and she is illegally moving our assets into her own name. Both Desi and Anna have stated that clients cannot take ownership of their properties without my signature.

    DLA Piper have now passed this information to the courts and police in addition to the information which was served 2 weeks ago, and hopefully this will now lead to action being taken against them.

    On one development, Dawn Park, Desi has also stated that she has insufficient funds to complete yet she has finished the unsold properties and is renting them out. This is not acceptable.

    I am obviously going to continue my legal proceedings and will update you once I have more information.

    A number of clients have contacted my team regarding a joint legal action and we are also investigating this with DLA Piper, as now she has illegally moved the assets from Delagio and Golf and Ski I believe this may remove some of the "conflict of interest"(that previously existed).

    It was sent to me from an info account. My mate had one too. He has just got back from Bulgaria and his apartment is ready but being rented out without his consent. He is being told he cannot get the deeds because of the dispute.

    How can they rent it out when he has bought it?

    Surely this cannot be legal?

    Anna, the solicitor, is as much use as a chocolate fireplace. She is on the take for sure.

    Any advice?

    You should be careful about potential libel.

    Clearly, if you have these concerns, it's worth taking them to the Police. I would also band together with other purchasers and hire an extremely upright and competent firm of lawyers. It means more good money after bad, but the alternative is to write off your investment.
