According to my information the Dawn Park Properties and others were sold / transferred in June 2009 to a company called Prime Developments from Delageo. Why can ours not be transferred?
Why would Brendan agree to these being sold but not ours?
If these are sold why is Desi asking us to fund her legal case?

Keith - I cannot say this on the private forum as you as I will just get criticised as Jag used to be. Jag was right in his proposed way forward. What have we achieved? If my memory serves me right I am sure Brendan Maxwell stated he wanted to liquidate Delageo to force the sale of the assets to fund the deliverance of the clients. It looks like the sale of the assets have happened but this money has gone to Desi. What next? Who owns our assets? Delageo. Who is renting them out? Delageo.
Who now has the assets that Delageo held? Desi
Who keeps tickling Keiths belly to make him roll over? Desi

Who are the mugs? we are

    4?! 13 now!

I'd have never guessed there was so many different ways to 'big up' a ruin, but I've found plenty in that descrption - a couple being

    "a lovely cottage style property"

"the nice painted one" - !!!!!!?

Also - "a small stream runs through the garden which is just lovely" - I'm sure it is.... except when there's just been a deluge of rain and then you quickly find yourself sat in your living room drowning under 6ft of water.

The questions you raise are indeed valid and hopefully they can be answered when this case goes to court. Instead of being critical and undermining the great work of others it would be more constructive if you could come up with ideas to move the case forward., so please free to add constructive ideas to this forum or indeed our private forum.

    Just heard the latest

    1) Desi needs more money from clients, this time to fund her legal battle.
    2) Her brand new Porsche is running nicely
    3) The assets she has illegally transferred/stolen are sitting in her own company, Prime Developments. These include the Carla apartments
    4) She is very poor and her family have helped pay her legal costs (hence her blackmailing clients with lquidation of a company that now has no assets left)
    5) The rent/service charge/furniture sales extra revenue from last minute add ons she has made has all been spent on staff wages (probably hers judging by the car she now drives)
    6) She now needs only an initial £40k/£50k to fund her legal battle against Maxwell and Keith Guyatt on one hand asks us to fund this, the on the other hand says "perhaps we should fund Brendan as well to make sure that it does go to court"
    7) Please do not spend any more of your hard earned money funding legal battles for either side. If anything we should fund our own. We do not know who will win and we are playing roulette. Surely if assets are sold on both sides we have some security, as they have been frozen.

I have grabbed the bull by the horns.
Everyone is pontificating on about Maxwell refusing to sign over our apartments so i called him myself to ask him why he has not signed them over.
Theer is a simple answer to this. No-one in Bulgaria has asked him to
Sorry Keith. I know you have been working full time on this for the last 6 months but I do not understand why you have not asked this question.
Maxwell has tried to contact Keith over the last few weeks but Keith will not take his calls.
Maxwell will sign the properties over for the clients but wants some assurances to protect the clients. one of which is a cap on the maintenance so that Desi does not scam the clients again by increasing these charges year on year by excessive amounts.
To be honest I am really p*ssed off now that I have had this conversation with him as certainly us Dawn park clients would have ownership by now. Thanks again Keith. You can stick your 500 where the sun don't shine. What planet are you on
