Ok well I don't know who Thommo is, so as for spats with him, im not sure what your going on about.

And as a purchaser I have as much to lose as everyone else, and believe you me I don't want that to happen.

But everyone seems to be missing the point.

You are all trying to back one or the other, and blame the one you are not backing.

Your forgetting that we are the people that are going to lose everything if it doesn't go to court.

This forum clearly now appears to have become a bit of a joke, where people can't take this very serious issue seriously.

If either of Noel123, or Bacon Shoes are serious buyers, then pm me through the google group forum and vent your frustration that way, cause as for someone called Thommo, well they don't exist on there and they certainly isn’t a rep called Thommo, I’ve just checked.

And if you are able to do this then I will agree and believe everything you are saying!!!

I was a serious buyer 2 years ago.
I read the !!!!! on the forum.
Keith flexing his muslces, Jag going underground for months because he has a spat with Thommo and then resurfacing when keith has a breakdown.
Thommo shouting everyone down, particularly jag because he wants a thought process rather than a steamroller.
And now we have the labour party leadership campaign and Phil pops his head up for a punt.

We have been had.
The apartments are finished( this is fact) and being rented out (this is fact). these are our apartments (this is fact). The UK court is going to say what? Oh yes your apartments are finished. You will have to take the case up in Bulgaria with the developer
So just tell me how us paying for the court case will help.
Desi says the money is missing but the apartments are finished and she is pocketing our rental money. She is holding us to ransom not Maxwell. Why cannot she just hand over what is rightly ours

So please explain how the UK case will help because it will not.

Dawn Park is the only development that is complete.

The others are not, thats where the missing money is supposed to have gone, so they can be finished.

Yeah the apartments in Dawn Park are finished and yeah they are being rented out, and mines is one of them.

Is it my apartment technically yes cause i paid for it, legally no.

You say you were a serious buyer 2 years ago. I take it from that, that you are not a serious buyer then at this stage and are infact just feeding off of information that is posted on here, rather than the correct information that gets discussed through the group forum.

Unfortunatly there is a process that has to be gone through, you can't just go in all guns blazing shouting the odds, cause that won't achieve anything.

I have paid in full on dawn Park also
I read the forum but can't be bothered with all the internal politics of late.

I am fully aware of the process and fed up with having to tread on egg shells. The group forum has had its day and that is why everyone is falling out

We are all trying to tip toe around the issues. If Desi was true to her word she would sign over our apartments. if she did this I would contribute

Believe you me I am nun to amused by the whole situation, and feel that both parties are some what to blame.

But the fact is one of them has to be held accountable for this.

If you try and fight it on your own you really won't get anywhere, at least as a group even though its divided we stand something of a chance.

I gree, why is Desi not handing over the apartments, and im just as frustrated as you that she isn't, but at least when this whole situation is over our apartments are build. Some people have paid thousands and their apartments aren't even finished. At least we owe it to them fighting this as a group to stick together to get right result for everyone.

There are 150 apartments in dawn park.
These are built and occupied by holidaymakers.
If we could get hold/ownership of all these we would have achieved a hell of a lot.
Desi initially claimed that she is only renting out unsold dawn park apartments
People who have bought in apartments that are not dawn Park and are not ready should take lay claim/ take ownership of one of these. At least they will have achieved something for their money.
The longer this goes on the less likely we will get anything.
Lets cut our losses/stick/walk away or whatever phrase we care to use.
Take dawn Park and run
