we must all stick together, we have already contacted our European members of parliment all over England and Ireland and our local MP's. Many have contacted the Bulgarian Embassy and also Watch Dog. The internet is a wonderful thing and can reach all parts of the world so we must make sure we let as many people know around the world not to purchase anything from Brendan (ambasun) and Desi (Delagio) and especially in Bulgaria. I think the European parliment has still frozen payments to Bulgaria until they clean up their corruption, well I am sure they will not welcome the amount of interest this will receive, I have already had interest from the Mirror newspaper on this story and they were keen to speak to the Developer, so I am sure if more people contact them they will be happy to go with it
Lets hope the MEP's do freeze the money going to Bulgaria. Its about time they earn't their money. Well done Cansado. Keep up the good work

    Will Desi fold?
I understood there were a large number of unsold properties in Cornelia ,Dawn park and some land in Delageo. Why would desi fold. These would be sold first.
My concern is she threatens us all the time and we have done as she has said and we are no further forward. Where will this 200 to 500 euro go?
Who's to say she will not fold once we have paid our money. How do we get this money back.
I think Bacon Shoes hit it on the head when he said should we chase the money.
    Another 200 euros
    Another 500 euros

When do we call it a day?

Dawn park people are fine. It as been agreed that these will be signed

    What about Cornelia?
    What about the other developments?

Strikes me that you guys are on a hiding to nothing here.

Why don't you just accept that, walk away, put it all behind you and notch it up to experience?

Hi, sorry if this has already been clarified, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the story so far is with Ambasun?
My Dad invested his retirement fund into a studio apartment in Dawn Park, and has just been continuosly fobbed off by them! He's paid for the apartment in full. Firstly, like everyone here, the expected dates were pushed back and back. Then he was pushed towards giving them money to furnish the apartment (he didn't do it) and was told that he can't furnish it himself as it will 'disturb the residents' (not that I can see why them doing it would make a difference!). He is constantly being asked for legal fees by his solicitor in Bulgaria. Now we can't get hold of anyone by phone or email and we've been trying to over a week...

I feel sorry for your Dad. But it begs the obvious question. Why did he put all his retirement next egg into one basket?
  • So Keith Jackson aka Michael had a thriller holiday in Bulgaria. I see he met Desi who had her Say Say Say before she Beat It in her battered up old mercedes. I think he wants to be starting something as he is rubbing our noses in it showing pictures on the forum of him and his mates Billie Jean and Dirty Diana (she is a pyt) in the pool at dawn park. Although the complex was nearly empty I see you are not alone
He claims Maxwell is the man in the mirror.
He says the complex is great, being done out in Ebony and Ivory. I don't know if I prefer Black or White. Is this Wacko Jacko or what?

Us clients, We are the the World, we are United, When is the next meeting as I'll be there so we can heal the world as they don't care about us

I think Desi is a smooth criminal as she managed to win him over. I would not like to get the wrong side of her as I know Bulgaria can be Dangerous and i would be History

Gotta go as I'm off for a moonwalk.

    How many Jacko songs?

Have you made the effort and gone out to see Desi? No I didn't think so! I have just spent two weeks in Bulgaria with my husband we stayed at a diiferent hotel only because we refused to pay maintenance (as we could not use it.) But if we had have paid the maintenance we would have been able to use it. We met Desi and chatted for over two and half hours she explained her side of the story and we honestly believe her. We feel she is an honest young business women who got caught up with one of the many crooks in the UK. The complex at Dawn Park is beautiful the staff are very friendly and Desi's dad just smiles smile_regular.gif thinking you mugs, I caanot believe you are so gullible.(if not I think he would not be able to carry on) My apartment has no kitchen but Desi has said if we pay the maintenance next year she will fit it for us, due to lack of funds at present she is unable to furnish it however she did say she would rememburse us when she wins the case WHICH I HOPE SHE DOES!!!!

When i spoke to Desi she said if clients pay maintenance next year she said they can stay in their apartments the only thing is they wont have any furniture and like myself a lot of us have paid £7,000 for this. But my husband and I and two other apartment owners are going to furnish our own apartments ourselves next year. At least this way we get to use it. You can if you want follow suit its up to yourselves.

THOSE OF YOU WHO KEEP SLAGING DESI SHOULD GET A FLIGHT OUT TO BULGARIA AND MEET UP WITH HER. YOU WILL BE TOTALLY SUPRISED. PEOPLE SEEM TO JUST FLY OF THE HANDLE AND ITS ALL BECAUSE EMAILS ARE SLIGHTLY MISS WORDED YOU HAVE TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT DESI IS BULGARIAN AND SOMETIMES THE WAY THINGS ARE WROTE ON EMAIL ARE NOT ALWAYS WHAT SHE MEANS.

    DAWN PARK A64

    Sue and James.

    Did you

    ask for your deeds
ask why some clients have completed when according to the payments I have that were transferred across, they were sent all together. Surely if she don't recognise one part of the paymnet she cannot recognise them all.
Ask how the maintenance fee would cover the cost of a furniture pack
Ask who is getting the rental income - see question above. is this funding the furniture
Ask why Anna, by her own admission, is being investigated.
It is alright for you getting on a flight for 2 weeks holiday. I cannot afford that. I cannot even afford to contribute to the legal case.
I am sick to death of people who have access to their apartments rubbing our noses in it.
Can't you see. Desi can afford to be nice. She has what we all want

By the way, what car did she drive off in

  • Hi Everyone
Just found this site and we are a member of the googlemail forum and are wrapped up in all of this. We have met all the crew at Ambasun in Bulgaria and have spoken to Keith and Stuart. We take people on face value and we believe in them all. We are fully paid up and have sent the money to help the court case, this little amount of money is the only way forward, YES it is a gamble but life is !!!. For those people that may have seen the film Gladiater We will relate a scene from the film where Russell Crow and his men are first put into the arena, his words to his men was 'Stick together ' and they came out alive --yes it is only a film but one man fighting will have less chance of surviving than a group. SUPPORT THESE GUYS WHO ARE TRYING TO HELP YOU ALL.

I've heard its a great film, though I have never seen it.
Have you got it on DVD.
If you are going to the next meeting maybe you can bring it along and let me borrow it.
Alternatively, I have Braveheart and Spartacus on DVD that I have already watched. Maybe we can swap them

What other films of this type have you got that I might be interested in?
  • Sue
I will identify myself at the next meeting and we can have a public fight. I take exception to your outburst at clients who have no money
  • Sue. I agree
