For me personally, yes financial loss suffered, but you know in the end he (or maybe she) that misappropriated our funds will get what they deserve, thats the rule of life and if life doesn't work that way the after life certainly does! Desi has stole my apartment, by that I mean that the apartment I paid for has been transferred to another company that she owns called Prime developments. It is not juts my apartment too. There are others. Yours may be amongst them.
Yet Jag is now recognised as a client.
That is why I am keen to know what was discussed and if he sought to protect me as I have contributed to the fund.

Ok, So where is the issue here? You paid Ambasun, they didn't pay Desi...? Or you lost your property because you failed to pay the further funds as requested by Delagio after Amba went tits up? Either way, its not the end buddy, there is still hope, no-one can just take your money and run...while not doing the same to others.0 -

Only two days ago Jag gave us the rallying call. Yesterday I booked my hotel in London for the hearing, went down as asked, and what happens. I get to the court and its called off.
Jag, you have given legal advice throughout. I will step out of the shadows when I an good and ready. My solicitor will be in touch if we do not win.
I am no coward as you will see. You have been selective over which questions you answer on the forum. Why is that?
You have a well paid job. Mine is not. This situation has overtook my life and cost me my marriage. I have turned to humour to get over the whole sorry episode.
I have followed YOUR advice and now you are telling me to steady on

Keith Guyatt is the biggest joke.
Not only do you have to correct him when he states "our" solicitors.
He is now shooting down people for asking questions. Its as if he is saying "!!!! everyone else, follow us or else" Why can we not have a different opinion. I know there is more than me than disagree with our route of action. Keith, you and jag have fronted this course. I hope you are rady for the consequences. You are no Legal expert, but you have rammed Jag's opinions home and between you have used our money to pursue your actions. neal raised a good point earlier. No answer

The delay in this case is a concern to me. If the evidence is so clear why do we keep adjourning the hearings?
Can you please tell me if all the Google Group members have been named in the court case?
I am getting increasingly concened about Champerty and do not want my name included. I have not given you permission to include my name.
I see others seem to disagree with YOUR advice and wonder if they also have the same concerns as me0
