The forum mentions vicious attacks on this forum by me. I have not attacked anyone purely asked questions. The vicious attacks have been left to the members of teh private forum ie Sheila and Nicola and now Jag - see below

I have clearly hit a raw nerve with him as his advice 3/4 weeks ago was to get a Bulgarian solicitor and now following a private meeting with Desi, he has changed his advice. I ask - What was discussed at the private meeting and what was he promised. To call me what is probably the most vicious form of abuse is totally uncalled for.

You say you are simply "asking questions"...Why are you afraid to ask it in the Google group? Because you are a prat that can't stand up for his or her convictions? I ask lots of questions and comments on that forum and have never had anyone do or say anything.
I don't think you are going about things in the right way, but hey eventually you or "the rest" will be proved right!

It ain't over till the fat lady sings...and no-one has sung so far, wait until the court case gets dealt with before you jump to conclusions on whether Jag has sold anyone out...it's not very fair for you to copy and paste his statements or comments on here for the world to see and I sincerely hope for everyones sake you have to eat your words.
For me personally, yes financial loss suffered, but you know in the end he (or maybe she) that misappropriated our funds will get what they deserve, thats the rule of life and if life doesn't work that way the after life certainly does! I haven't seen my money for 2+ years so to be honest it doesn't really rule my life! :-), I live, I breathe, I have a good life, family, friends, wife and a cat...and they are more important than money, apart from the Euromillions!
