Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

Hi, sorry if this has already been clarified, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the story so far is with Ambasun?
My Dad invested his retirement fund into a studio apartment in Dawn Park, and has just been continuosly fobbed off by them! He's paid for the apartment in full. Firstly, like everyone here, the expected dates were pushed back and back. Then he was pushed towards giving them money to furnish the apartment (he didn't do it) and was told that he can't furnish it himself as it will 'disturb the residents' (not that I can see why them doing it would make a difference!). He is constantly being asked for legal fees by his solicitor in Bulgaria. Now we can't get hold of anyone by phone or email and we've been trying to over a week...

Hi I purchased property from Ambasun and have recently found out that they have gone into liquidation. I spoke to the company who are dealing with this and have been informed that there are around 400 people in the same situation as myself!!! Where I have paid for the property and don’t know what is happening. Apparently Ambasun are being taken to court by the Bulgarian developers for non-payment, and Ambasun are saying that they have made all the payments from their clients.

There must be other people in the same situation; we need to unite on this to get something done!

Let me know if you want to join me, all my savings have gone into this I am in debt. I can’t carry on like this! PLEASE LET ME KNOW

I am also a purchaser and I think it could be a scam, they may have used our money to fund the build then when it looks like we could get involved with a lenghty court case they offer us our money back and they sell at a profit. I do not trust either parties for this reason. If we do get our apartment I will be selling as soon as I can, I am already sick of the place and do not wan't to spend my holidays and money to line their pockets in the future.
