Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

I've recently received an email from Anna confirming NONE of my payments have been forwarded to the developer.( Anna and Desi had a meeting ) I originally asked for the paid installments to be included on the new contract, but Desi is refusing to include this.
If anyone has a new contract that doesn't state what monies you have paid to either the developer or Ambasun then DON'T sign it.
Desi claims that Ambasun has never had the authorisation to receive our money, but to me it seems regardless of which complex you have purchased, I am yet to hear of anyone paying straight to the developer.


Is there anyone else who hasn't had confirmation from the developer that their funds have been received for their purchase from Ambasun?

Just came on to this site last night purely by accident!

We too have bought through Ambasun and yes what a shambles. Ambasun say they cannot discuss anything with us because of the dispute. We have been speaking to Bulgarian representative ourselves.

We made our final payment at the end of last month and they are now saying they cannot trace payment. By the way this payment was sent straight to Delagio's bank account. Also we bought a furniture pack way back in March through Ambasun and Delagio are also saying they have no trace of any payment arriving for this.

There is so much of this going on at the minute it's terrible. There should be some recourse with these companies now that the country involved has joined the EU.

Hi to everyone who has purchased in the Albatros Development.
We need to hear from you so if you can private message me with your mobile numbers or email me and I will send you mine.

A group of people met on Saturday regarding taking action against both developer and Ambasun, we have all purchased apartments in the Albatros development so only really want people who have purchased in this development to contact us. We have discussed further steps to take and are all acting collectively so would be better if we all channelled our efforts as a group. I can update fully when we speak

We have also discussed with Watchdog.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

In my capacity of a manager of „Delagio“ Ltd., (the developer of Dawn park block A and B, Cornelia 2 complex- block C and D) “Golf and Ski Property” Ltd. (the developer of Pearl 1 and 2) and „Cornelia group” Ltd. (the developer of Cornelia 1- block A and herein I notify you that the agency-mediator (Ambasun Limited, UK) according to the Preliminary Contract for purchase and construction of real estate signed between us, has not carried out its obligation to transfer to the bank accounts of the abovementioned companies-developers the payments you have made to the agency so far and hold by the agency-mediator ( Ambasun Limited, UK)


In order to this there is an objective reasonand possibility for us, as developers to become unable to observe our obligation to finish the construction of the buildings in the terms of the Agreement.
We conducted a number of actions as follows: formal and informal conversations with the managers of “Ambasun” Limited, UK to settle this situation in a manner of good will, written notifications and invitations, termination of the contract with the agency-mediator, but at this moment it is still not settledand there is an enormous funds held by the agency-mediator, including a part of your payments.


Based on the above facts myself, as a manager and shareholder in the above mentioned companies-developers initiated а case in the High courtof law in England against “Ambasun” Limited, UK, in order to be able to implement our obligations to you, to be possible to finish the construction quality and on time of the developments as follows: Dawn park- block A and B, Cornelia 1 and 2- blocks A, B, C and D and Pearls 1 and 2.
At this moment the High court of Justice in England has approved our application and the case started. We take the moral obligation to inform you regarding the process of the case. We hope that the situation will be resolved as soon as possible and successfully in term of our common interests.

In this connection if you wish we kindly invite you to choose maximum 2 representatives from each of the developments to attend a meeting in Bulgariaon 20th and 21st of February 2009 (we will cover the expenses for the hotel accommodation, transfer from the airport-hotel-airport and the viewing trip to the development). At this meeting you will be able to receive additional information and view the stage of the developments.
