I received this exact same email this morning from Delagio but instead of it saying Corneila it say Dawn Park.and it was signed Delagio Group......so what is really the truth????

We do understand your worries and confusion but we have never confirmed any previous payments, the receipts sent by ourselves are related with the installment sent to us directly.
We would like to inform you that so far we are planning no delays in the completion terms of Cornelia 1 and the construction hasn`t been ceased. The letter says that there is such a possibility but we didn`t mean all development and specifically Cornelia 1 is going on according to the schedule.
As for the meeting - we decided that most fair way is to invite the first clients who reached us on the phone regarding the meeting. As you can imagine that happened right after we sent the letters so we have already invited two representatives from each of the developments to attend the meeting. We are still waiting for their confirmations and if some of them is unable to fly over to Bulgaria we will then invite the next one (who called after). We will inform you about the clients's names after we receive the confirmations.
We believe that we have always been very helpful and understandable and we do not intend to change this. The purpose of the notification letter we have sent yesterday was to inform the clients about the essence of the conflict between Amba UK and the developer in Bulgaria and what measures we have done to protect our business and clients` investments. We decided that it is necessary to present officially the situation to all our clients as a consequence of the numerous questions we received so far. I assure you that we are eager to sort out the issues between Amba UK and us as soon as possible and we are hoping this to be outcome of the notorious meeting.

We will be keeping you up to dated with the situation.

I have phoned this morning just before 9am to register myself to travel for the meeting, but they already had representitives!! Still not received any letter!!

So has anyone on the forum phoned and been invited over to attend this meeting??

Concerned if no-one from the forum is not going and attending!!!

I'm not sure that we're being told the truth here. I emailed early this morning offering to go to the meeting. I too was told that they already have a volunteer. I asked for the name of this person so that we could get in touch, but have received nothing. Do they really have anyone going???

i will also be making the same phonecall again tomorrow!!

I was also told that they had representaives from each development and that they would email me with the reps contact details when available. I think its a case of chasing them up.

Ive made an appointment today to go and meet the Group Chief Exectutive of Amba Uk in Coleshill. Im going on Thursday so I hope to find a bit more out then.

Just spent the last hour reading the links after recieving the 'standard letter' from Ambasun and I'm starting to feel a tad worried !!
I have made all my payments and things appeared to be above board , although maybe a little delayed. I now think I'm going to be lucky to see either a Bansko appartment or my money again. I think that we need to get together and be represented as a group. Would be interested what anybody else thinks.

Nadya gave me a name for the Dawn Park representative as Martin Worthy. Does he post on here?
I'm beginning to think the Bulgarian's are stitching us up. I have asked my solicitor, Anna, to commence legal action against Delageo but she refuses. As anyone got a different solictitor?

We will have to see what outcomes Watchdog has on these issues. It may make your meeting next Thurs very interesting 2410!
I haven't seen any posting from the Albotros group recently(Pearl1/Mark08). They appear to have been quite active in this forum - have they got together elsewhere as a group??? Although we are purchasing in different developments we appear to be united in the issues which affect us all and therefore I think that is how we should move forward. We need to know who our meeting reps are and how we can contact them. I still haven't been able to establish that!
