Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

I've noticed that the website invites comments/questions for the show on Monday. Be worth people in this forum sending in their queries. I wonder if they will be interviewing anyone of interest. There is mention of a reporter going to Bulgaria to investigate, but how appropriate it would be to our specific issues, remain to be seen.

I am at present waiting on replies from 2 different bulgarian solicitors. They're aware of the dispute between Ambasun and the developer and I have sent them details of letters, contracts etc. They say there are Pearl 2 buyers who have also contacted them, this is how they are familiar with the issue. PM me if you have also been in contact.

Clearly it would make sense for 1 solicitor to be consulted rather than everyone taking seperate advice- a group action if it proves necessary.
I have requested name of rep for Cornelia 1- no reply yet-will chase.
Is anyone on this site going to meeting? If no response by a certain date should not a few of us simply inform them that we are coming out & for them to cofirm venue?
Have requested Ambasun to provide documentary evidence that they have sent our money to Bulgaria-no response yet.
Will not make final payment until apt completed and inspected re snag list this has actually been accepted and is as per our contract.
Apart from money issue our other disputes have been Ambasun confirmed in writing we would have a furniture package if we paid 50% at start-which we did & guaranteed rental at 5% for first year. Despite numerous e-mails to Desi she denies ay liability/obligation in this respect. My contention is that Ambasun were their agents and they are bound. I indeed returned the contract subject to these points but she does not want to know!
