Noel1123 - Don't know if this is much help, but we haven't made our final payment. We got an email some while ago asking for final payment, but I replied that I would not make final payment until the apartment was certified for habitation. Nadya accepted this and confirmed that we would make our final payment after 'Habitation Certificate' is taken.

Hi, also new to this forum we would be very interested in meeting up in Birmingham next Sunday, we have an apartment in the Cornelia development, and will also be representing views of VMS (Related) as not able to make Birmingham.

hi we also have not paid the final installment as yet but have requested for an update, a final figure and a date, no news on that yet. We are buying in Pearl 1, I believe Fredwill has paid all, maybe you could pm them

Regarding all above-I had the exact same thing and told them they will get final payment when I get keys!

Does anyone have a list of names of who is going to be representing us (each development) on 20th feb? Are any of those attending been on this forum? Just wondering how we will get feedback on the out come.

Also please can you confirm the time and place for the meeting in Birmingham next Sunday?

Hi, everyone ,the responce to our suggestion of a meeting has been very good . Everyone seems up for it. Suggest Leicester Forest East on the M1 at 11am next Sunday 15th Feb. Does that sound OK. Let us know asap.

Whoever posted about being in contact with the watch dog program, do you think it would be a good idea to have this mentioned on the program itself.

Im happy to meet at Leicster Forest East M1 if thats best for everyone. Its about 45mins for me. Other than that we could meet at Chorley Services on the M6 (near to Junc 3) if we think thats more central. Im happy with either and will go with the majority.
