I bought it and quite happily and loudly told him EXACTLY how much it cost. Nuh.

Well that's partially true, we played a game of 'was it £200'? 'lower'

    'was it £150'?

    'lower'

This as you can gather went on for some time.:rotfl:

Think he was relieved it wasn't £200.:D

OH also stuck his head and watched the electricity meter spin round veeeerrrrrrryy slooooowly with the Remoska and then whoosh like a whosshy thing when I put the fan oven on, so he's kind of convinced re the money saving aspect.

Yeah come round and I'll rustle something up for you.:D

    LOL.. I like that game!!

What is in the pot tonight?

    Morning all

One load of washing on the line, they are saying rain here by midday so I thought it was worth a couple of hours out there.

Not done any flying yet, will start when DH goes to work, although I have done the normal tidying round and washing up etc.

Shopping due between 10 and 12.

    Hope everyone's OK :)

Morning all! I'm depressed, miserable, tired and fed up! Have no energy to do anything :( Started with biggest child complaining about feeling ill but she seems to whinge a lot so I never know if she's telling the truth. Then we were late getting out to school. Then smallest child complained all the way to school and back which drove me nuts! Especially when she threw things on my lap and nearly sent me up onto the pavement.

Think I might have a cup of coffee, some breakfast and get going about half past. *sigh*
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

    That looks great.
How did you get it on to the T-shirt?

We used iron on transfers like these which are really easy to use. The trick is remembering to print out a mirror image so any writing is the right way in the finished thing!

DH and I did a load of t-shirts a few years ago styled like tour ones with a list of venues on the back. The front of each shirt had a reference to the person wearing it. There were 6 of us and we all wore them on a meal out, got some interesting looks!

i've started my homework, cleaned up the dogs mess put the bins and recycling out DD in school, now going to hoover and mop myself out the door.. doesnt make sense but you get what i mean? dont you?
  • What I've always done in your situation, Gryfon, is tell the kids I am taking them to school and if they still don't feel well by break-time the school will ring me to go and collect them. Then I promise them that if school ring I will go straight away. In 17 years I can probably count the number of time school have rung on one hand. As soon as they get to school and see their friends they are usually fine.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D

If you have time, will you please send me instructions on how to print a T shirt. I'd love to have a go.
