I LOVE stargate.. not seen bones.. or fringe.. I was going to mention stargate but thought you'd all think I was a total geek.. lol..

It's the ultimate in geekdom - anything sci-fi - doesn't stop me lovin it tho - used to like SG1 and was gutted when Jack left - not the same without his diplomacy - did you go to the same diplomatic school?

Bones is ongoing (Thursdays at 9pm I think) and Fringe has only just started (Sundays at 9pm) - Both ideal for you if you're thinking about forensics!

  • Morning and afternoon all
didnt manage to post earlier as I was running late for a clinic appt I had forgotten about - fortunately this one is only 5 mins on the bus so I made it in time and came straight home.
have managed to catch up on thread - well almost - skimmed it really as I have loads to do too.

jjef - huge hug for you - really concentrate on thinking of the good times - even the really funny times and try to think of every detail - it does get easier in time. you are doing really well.
justamum - welcome back to the thread - dont beat yourself up over Christmas - can you do any patchwork presies? and have you looked at the 'increase your income' board for ideas to make money to help - I know how you feel - I live on benefits due to ill health and it really is a struggle - but you will get there.
Triker huge humungous hug for you - how scary - sounds like she was spiked- I know I dont know her but from your postings I really dont think she is that kind of girl to have done it knowingly - I am sure she will be more careful - thank goodness for the strangers helping her - nice to knwo there are still decent people around.
littlemiss frugal and gryfon - welcome to the thread - the support is fab here and everybody is very nice although some of us can be a bit weird!!!!Dont try to get it all in order in one week - it didnt get untidy overnight so you wont get it tidy overnight. try to stick with the list each day and each week you will find more time to tackle an extra bit.
littlemiss you are right about the 21 days to form a habit so get stuck in with a little bit and you will soon find it becomes a routine.:D
pigpen - well done with second assignment and hug for DS - hope he has managed to survive school and its not so sore.
TAG Awh a big honey - you are having a real bad day - stop being a silly billy and moving furniture on your own - you will hurt yourself - [STRIKE]ask[/STRIKE]demand that OH helps you with that sort of thing when he is there and being lazy:mad:  . aaaaggggh the ironing!!!! I used to be like that and then I got a new iron with a non stick base and it does the biz - you could go from cotton to nylon at the same heat and it wouldnt stick. You need to take it slowly today and do easy things that cant go wrong untikl you feel better.
emily - why dont you give the bathroom a rest or you might get sick of it and do a bit of todays list in the kitchen - the bathroom will be a list in a day or 2 and you can carry on from there and we might have come up with suggestions for your pipes by then??

welcome to anyone else I have missed - I dont think I have time or the will power to go back and check - sorry!!!
ooooh flower - love the new smilies!! but I am not going to look as I know I will get totally sidetracked - will save them for later.:D
supergirl - nice to see you getting back into it albeit reluctanctly !!!!!!!! will be here all afternoon if you need kicking LOL !!!!:rotfl:

ok having taken soooooooooooo long to type all this I will now go and eat and then get started!!!

    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder
Live each day as if its your last

Here's the list. And if you look right at the bottom something has a line through it:rolleyes::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: And it's only midday. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Aaah, TAG, hugs honey... Have a cuppa and drink down that renewed energy... :coffee:

toottifrootti...hello! I was a whizz with flylady in my last house as it was smaller, after 5 years being here and an extra baby later I still haven't managed to get a hold on it! Although the house is still being renovated very slowly as we ran out of money.
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!
