Wow some of these lists are so long! How do you fit it all in? :)

As soon as my small one wakes up in about an hour or so, and then the big two are back from school at 3.30pm my cleaning seems to stop! Maybe I'm just too lazy ;)

Glad to hear your're feeling a bit better TAG.

No your not lazy at all. If you were in my LR right now you would see lazy. IT (DH) has spent all morning sat on his @rse watching news, sport and old films. As he did all of last week as well.:mad::mad:

You on the other hand have 3 children.. Anyone with kids is not lazy. Especially kids of the minature variety;)

Tag hugs hun - I seem to be getting nowhere fast today too

Jjef another hug for you I do exactly what you do I remember Dad ill and the whole horrid experience and find it really hard to force a happy memory - not because there aren't any but because the sad ones block them out.

Michelle and AnW'smum - hope the slide assembly went well.

Anybody want boys M&S thermal longjohns age 4-5 - great if you have a little one who feels the cold, are going skiing. I have 2 pairs - don't be shy and think somebody else is more deserving cause then nobody will reply!

Oh and surprise news just had an email from YouGov survey to say I've one a cash prize. I can't help but think is it real or a scam but all the detils match up.

The washing isn't drying at all today :( Maybe the sun will come out this afternoon.

I did go and look at the drawers in the kitchen but it's only a couple of weeks since I did them and there honestly isn't anything to get rid of. I'm quite good at chucking stuff out straightaway, as long as DH doesn't see it arrive then he doesn't get a chance to keep it.

I did go through a drawer upstairs with catalogues in and chucked away all except the Argos and Ikea ones. I got rid of about five or six (one dated 2007) and the recycling crate is going to be emptied tomorrow, it's very full this week.

Post just came with two of the books I ordered for Christmas presents. Two more parcels to come, which have both been sent, so that will be everything by the end of this week. I will just have to wrap them then, I hate wrapping stuff and I'm so bad at it.

Shopping early doesn't mean I love Christmas. I just find it stressful so I prefer to start and finish early. I can enjoy seeing stuff in the shops then because I know I don't have to make decisions and buy things.

OK, time to start cooking lunch.

Dustykitten...I would say yes but my children are 9, 6 and 17mths so they wouldn't fit the little one for a while yet :D

Having my lunch now and then I'm going to finish this entrance way...oh and keep repeating that when my house is finally spotless it'll be because the children have left home and I don't want that to come too soon!

TAG :rotfl: you are getting there!! but seriously, your list is waaaaay too long - do you want me to pick your next task for you?!?! :D

Silly part is that my normal dailies I usually whizz through in an hour max.

I'm just frustrated today, because it all started so badly. I asked DH to take DD too school. It's less than a minutes walk from our house. He got up and decided that his leg hurt so could I take her. This is at 8.15. I looked like Worzel Gummage, niffed to high heaven, so needed a shower and to wash my hair. Plus I had to iron uniforms, enter iron drama. Consequently DD was 10 mins late for school.

Yes he unloaded and reloaded the DW and S & S the kitchen. Got DD dressed and polished her shoes. And......................(he can insert anything else I might have missed that's important)

So I am spending the day upstairs now, decluttering and pottering. Whilst he spends the rest of the afternoon downstairs watching TVagain:rolleyes: And wondering why I'm a miserable, nag:rolleyes: Sorry rant over. The list can wait till later or tomorrow at the moment.;)

    how old is your ds2?!
i am still not brave enough with dd - she' just turned 3 but still refuses to do nr. 2's anywhere else than in nappies.
if it was warmer i'd let her run around naked :D

    good luck!!!

Thanks! He is 3 and a half but has developmental delay. He will squeeze a pee out if your take him to the loo every hour and was asking to go a few weeks ago, but has to wear pull ups at nursery, so no idea how he will go today.

If I let him run round naked he will have a pee and I won't know (till I step in a wet patch!) so much better to put him in pants, plus I want him to feel when he is wet.

Slowwww process with him but one day, when he is 18, he will got to the loo on his own! :D
