    well, i didn't play ALL this time but it was fun!
    ds is a bit weird - he loves watching us play the games :D
    so he got 20min of that and then - i am rather proud of myself - i didn't go straight on here ... NO ... i first did a HHC :T



    extras
    - menu plan
    - shopping
    [STRIKE]- new batteries for ds's musicbox

    - fold washing and put away

    Monday Misery - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One
    Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
    Level Two
    Sweep and mop floors
    Clean the mouldy fridge..
    [STRIKE]Wipe dining table + polished
    [/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Dust [/STRIKE]
    Wipe and replace all those small appliances..
    Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances
    Empty all the drawers.. shake out the crumbs and put back only the nice things


    [sigh] a few things done ... better than nothing :rolleyes:

    Didn't realise I had so many odd shoes! Going to take a load to the Salvation Army bin when I pair them up. Although I get too attached so I think I'll send hubby away with them :)
    Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

    Right, back from walking the pooch. It was a bit of a route march actually. But at least I have calmed down and my head feels a bit clearer......for now!!
    Here's the list. And if you look right at the bottom something has a line through it:rolleyes::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: And it's only midday. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Monday Misery - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One

    Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces

    Level Two
    Sweep and mop floors
    Clean the mouldy fridge.. fling out the manky things before they leave themselves.. and make a note of what needs using NOW
    Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary)

    Level Three
    Dust any extra furniture in dining area, checking for cobwebs on way round
    Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc
    Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
    Empty all the drawers.. shake out the crumbs and put back only the nice things

    Extra Mission : help yourself
    1. Slop over the oven and hob
    2. Take one small electrical appliance and give it a thorough cleaning.. the toaster or the kettle or the microwave.. or whatever you like..
    3. 37 fling boogie..
    4. Empty the bin.. wash it out.. and make it smell SWEET


    My M.A.C.A.W challenge this week is.............be in bed by 10.30pm Monday to Thursday. And,to do the packed lunches every night before I go to bed.

    My normal dailies -
    Tidy kitchen. Load/unload/reload DW.
    Wipe surfaces.
    Wipe inside of oven. (Done everyday then I don't have to clean it IYSWIM)
    Sweep and mop kitchen floor.
    S&S downstairs toilet.
    Tidy living room & put any stuff upstairs.
    Wipe over PC desk & keep free from clutter.
    Tidy bedrooms & make beds.
    Sort out dirty washing.
    Do 2 loads of washing.
    Tidy & S&S bathroom.
    Wash bathroom floor.
    Hoover living room/ hallway/stairs/kitchen & d/s toilet.
    Hoover bedrooms/landing & bathroom.
    Keep ironing together (x15)
    Sort clean washing & put clothes away.
    [STRIKE]Walk the dog[/STRIKE]

    Do sandwiches for the next day
    Bath/shower DD and bed for 7.30 pm latest
    Get DD uniform ready for the morning
    Get DD book bag/lunchbox/shoes + coat ready for morning

  • Blimey TAG, I'm strugglig to find the motivation to take the clean towels upstars.

    Wow some of these lists are so long! How do you fit it all in? :)

    As soon as my small one wakes up in about an hour or so, and then the big two are back from school at 3.30pm my cleaning seems to stop! Maybe I'm just too lazy ;)

    In my HHC I have -
    emptied & reloaded DW
    emptied, hung up on airers & reloaded WM
    looked out girls swim kit for after school
    polished table & replace cloth
    decluttered work top ready to be wiped


    Need help please - whats the best for cleaning an electric hob (first one I have had, much prefer a gas cooker)

    Gryfon just noticed your from Guernsey - we worked over there for 5 years DD1 was born there, loved it just found it was too far from family & friends
