Does anyone want a child for a couple of hours? She's very clingy at the moment!

i was going to say the same: if she's big enough to sneak up on your she's big enough to help - and mine actually like it!
a duster, or the little brush and shovel, or some water in the sink with a couple of plastic pots - keeps mine busy for hours :j

dang, my hhc didn't go according to plan
just when i was getting away from the pc a friend from oz pm'd me - due to the silly time difference i hardly get to talk to him - so you do understand i HAD to stay and chat a bit!!

    BUT
    - the kids and I are all dressed
    - dw on
    - td on
    - batteries changed

i really need to work on that

so, i promised ds to play a game on the xbox with him ... actually i am promising this since saturday and said i'll do it on monday when nanny has left - and guess what: he didn't forget!!!

Hiya hun, awww you laddo ok or is he in mega pain. Poor sausage.

I'm not going to dwell on what happened/could have on sat night, OH and me were so upset........but then at least we care. Actually I was more calm than OH he panicked like mad. If 'anything' had have happened to her, well lets say we'd probably be in court today...bit maternal/paternal and all that.

Do you need a lift to A and E hun, no probs ring me if so. x

Thank you for the offer.. :D .. He is in pain.. but he will be fine.. pain is there for a reason.. it'll stop him doing things that will hurt him more.. Oooh I sound so mean!! lol

Of course you care.. who would do ALL your cleaning up if you didn't have her? lol

The only things they forget is when you ask them to DO something.. everything else is remembered!

Selective amnesia. I suffer with selective deafness myself when they want something;)

    Anyone want a 10.30 - 11.00 HHC?

Ok I'm back! In my HHC I:

Emptied dishwasher and started loading it
Folded clothes that had dried on the horse and above Stanley
Got washing out of machine and hung that all up to dry
Washed a few things which the dishwasher hadn't cleaned thoroughly
Put all the breakfast stuff away

Doesn't sound much but I have a sore back now! I think I broke one of my toes last October, hurt for ages and still now it feels bruised!

Oh and small girl was very good, even though she's now emptied plastic bags all over my study floor!
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!
