Evening everyone,
Dusty well done on the win.
Big hello to SHNM.
Nicki fingers crossed for your job and hope your DD is feeling better.
Pigpen hope DD4 is feeling better.
AnW'smum well done speaking to the head.
I am wrecked today, had a brilliant time at the party last night and got to spend sometime with my dad( it's been a few difficult years as he doesn't approve of my hubby and it's just been very hard cause we used to be close). He seems really pleased i'm expecting again and we spent ages talking, i even got a kiss on the cheek as he was a bit tipsy. My dad and hubby don't really get on but last nite they where buying each other drinks and actually talking so it was a big step all round.
The party was brilliant don't think i've ever danced as much while being totally sober.:rotfl: A friend of ours was up singing johnny cash songs and it was so funny and he must have been up 10 times to sing.
The night was great and we all really enjoyed ourselves, kids had a ball but on the way home and once we got home things turned awful and i've spent most of the night awake but what can ya do.
Today i've done very little except get the walk the line soundtrack.:rotfl:Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
tiptoes in..
Been a rather too manic couple of days so need to catch up tomorrow after another NCT sale today.
1. Pick up mindee (small friend of DS's here for the day) by 8am.
2. Sort kiddies lunch.
3. Sort adults meal - baked something & salad as not sure when !'s parents will arrive and need feeding.
4. Repack extra bedding and put away.
5. Ironing pile.
6. Couple loads of washing
7. Fling hoover about.
8. Kiddies to park?
9. Find my desk - laptop balanced precariously on a corner - its not safe!
10. Art with kiddies - and use as an excuse to pull art cupboard out and repack/restack in a more useful fashion? Check what else we need to replace other than glue.
11. Pack Ebay parcels and keep an eye on those finishing tomorrow - always get silly Q's!!
12. Investigate best place to sell remaining toys & bits that didn't go at NCT sale.
13. Open a bottle of vino. watch trashy TV, and spend time with hubby when he gets home later in the evening - seems ages since we've done this - well overdue...
Laters, ladies,
MoamAlthough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Toots - Good Luck. You've got a lot to do tomorrow... remember, if it gets too much, you just need to make sure you can lie your mattress down and wrap yourself in your duvet at the end of the day. Don't overdo things.
Good to see you've gone to bed early for once though... obviously the thought of tomorrow has exhausted (or frightened:D ) you.
Must stop drinking the cooking wine... I've got my hangover before I'm drunk0 -
Gales and rain forecast, oh joy!!!! That wasn't the forecast I wanted to see. One Sprayway jacket ready to take with me! I've just had this horrid thought that both DS2s rain coats are in the caravan......so might have to wear his school coat tomorrow. Bother. Well I've done my list now, apart from getting DPs pillows and quilt downstairs (he'll have a couple of hours on sofa before leaving to go to his thing) I've just been looking on the website for Flamingoland, oh heck, lots of 'water' things, I'm guessing that's where my 2 will be all day....One day I might be more organised...........
