Haven't received my email yet, surname begins with an S (my username gives that away...)

Throughout this I haven't panicked - I haven't even tried logging in to my account. Mainly because if I can't for any reason I would start panicking! The various posts on here from people saying they can log on have been reassurance enough for me.

Unless my fridge breaks (or similar) I won't need access to the money for a while yet in any case. I'll probably move it to a UK based account before then in any case. I'm not optimistic that the interest rates will stay the same, and I'd prefer to receive a lower rate than have to deal with a foreign compensation scheme if it all goes Pete Tong.

    These are very strange times.

My surname is right near the end of the alphabet and my email arrived at 15.11 so I dont' think it's necessarily being done alphabetically.

As an aside, I have logged in several times this week to my KE accounts with absolutely no problems whatsoever.
  • I got the email too.

By the way, I don't know what this problem is with people panicking over being unable to log in to the website. I have been able to log in fine throughout the entire debacle. It seems that, for many people, basic I.T. skills are the first thing to go out of the window during a financial crisis.

I only opened my account a week or two ago so I'm owndering if that has anything to do with it.

I'm not panicking in any case, it'll all pan out eventually.

Got my email. It was sent at 16:46. Although I have to view it in HTML format. I guess that's a moan for the IT board ;-)

I've not received any email. Anyone else being left out? I am able to log-in to my account and thought I would check the details of my email address - but I can't find it. I can only find 'Pay-In Details', 'Amend Password' and 'Amend Memorable Word'. Where are all the other personal details help, eg address etc?
You can only alter your email address by phoning them, I wish you luck with that..

Log in to the KE website.

    Go to the Accounts page.

    Click on User settings.

    Click on contact details.

…and you should find your email address, to check/ change if you want to.

    Don’t panic.

I feel a bit better now I’ve received my email from ING. Sent 17:04.
