Hmm I haven't heard, and I'm predictably enough an 'M'.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0

No e-mail yet (surname M) but my link to the KE website takes me to a lead page by ING (i.e. the KE 'branding' is no longer visible) with the content of the e-mail on it. The KE login is still there on the menu bar along the top of the page and still works for me to access my account.
Guess they are gradually re-branding. No doubt the bad news about interest rate cuts will follow shortly!0 -

I'd be surprised if rates were cut.0 -
Just got the email as well. My first name starts with a C and last with S.0

My financial model:
ING have assets of 1 trillion pounds. If they credit it to my account, I will happily live of the interest alone, their capital will never be touched and will always be there for a rainy day. I become their banker and they dance to my tune.

As I understand it (and its only from reading other posts on here) the 'real' ING customers are currently on a lower interest rate that those 'transferred' from KE.pressuredrop wrote: »I'd be surprised if rates were cut.
Self-interest dictates that I hope that continues - but I can't see it lasting for too long into the future.0 -

KE customers aren't inert, so not a good idea to cut the rates. Unless they wish for a couple of billion quid of KE deposits to be withdrawn.0 -
Got mine about an hour ago0

I have received the email - it arrived in my junk mail folder. I also received a letter from ING through the post on Friday.0
