Mirror, I'm so sorry
I've had similar (I found at at nearly ten weeks that mine stopped at six weeks). If you ever need to chat, about what's going on now, or in the future, just PM me. Big hugs!
Skinty, I'm glad your scan went well
I'm a bit all over the place today. I've been looking at the thread through the day (probably going to get a rollocking from the bosses tomorrow!) to keep an eye out for skinty coming back and then got upset for mirrorThursday of this week is OH's grandad's funeral and it's also the day I'm 9+6 according to my LMP dates which is when it all went wrong last time so it's going to be a sh1tty day all round
Having seen skinty's scan, I desperate for one of my own..

AF - I spottedn those muslins as well - and did wonder?! anyone any feedback. I've bought a pack from JL and thought another would be a good idea.
SB - think I've caught your boots.com bug - ooops
right - back is killing me but i need to go to the supermarket so better drag myself away for a wee while.
I found some to be alot rougher than others which is why I love the JL ones so much. I used to have them neatly folded in a basket but would root through and mess it all up looking for the JL ones :rotfl:.
Oh, I just love Boots.com! But don't tell DH that I received yet another order today!:D.

Thank you for the info on massages greent
I'll be coming out of the first trimester in mid-Jan which will be the time I use the vouchers anyhow. Can you suggest any references that suggest what my OH shouldn't do in the meantime, re the lower back massage? He's quite good at massages but need to know which bits he shouldn't be touching right now.
I think the pain is just bad posture and too much sleeping on the sofa. I'm going to take my evening naps in bed this week to see if that makes a difference.
Actually, famous last words, but I don't feel all that tired yet today...

Oh, another question...
Is coming into contact with someone who has chickenpox whilst you are pregnant only dangerous if you've not had it, or dangerous regardless? The 3yo son of one of the guys at work has chickenpox. We usually have lunch together in a fairly big room and he's now sitting the other side of the room to me for the foreseeable future just in case he's carrying it although he has had it and so have I.
Anything to worry about?0 -
Hi Ladies,
I told everyone @ work today, well one person and within minutes had loads of emailed congrats:p, but my bosses boss was less than happy about it, and as I am applying for my job permantly at the moment made me quite nervous and teary.
I had a word with my boss about the response and she mentioned that it will make things harder for me now :mad: so I mentioned that I hope I wouldn't be discriminated against, in no uncertain terms, and she assured me I won't be. They will have a fight on their hands if anything goes wrongs as I have been told several times (before they knew i was preggers) that the application process was a mere formality.
Sorry about the rant but needed to get it off my chest.
PS Congrats Skinty0
