That said, I don't know how much longer I'm going to be able to fit in my car
Driving preg is fine, I have one of these to keep the seatbelt off bump.
though if you anything like us on here you have bubs in your arms before your test ready  and if you get stressed may not be the best time to start.
I have to say I'm soo lazy I don't understand how anyone can survive using public transport :rotfl:0 -

I've already had a few lessons, I can drive okay, just haven't practiced parking and turning enough. I was learning until the morning sickness kicked in and I stopped. I might phone my instructor and ask what she thinks - its just the emergency stop I'm worried about.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
emergency stop you will be fine its not that much of an impact etc and i would advise you to do your test now as once bubs is here you wont have a sec to go to the loo never mind do a lesson lol! also it will make your life so much easier than stuggling on a bus with buggy/baby/shopping etc! What's for you won't go past you0

Well sod you all coz I aint got a car
It's sooooooooo depressing!
First time I've not had a car in neary 6 years of driving!:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -
Feelie its fine,
I was shunted when preg with chris and was totally ok, the bump belt stopped the seatbelt squashing bump and airbag didn't go off or anything, the speed you do emerg stop for your test is so low that the belt probs won't even pull tight

Am I the only one who finds cars so very booooooooooring!. Yep, think I am!
MW came at 10am and it was an extremely close call! BP was blah blah over 94 which is too high for me. She called the hospital and spoke to a Dr who made a decision that I didn't have to go in for observation :T but a MW has to come out again to see me tomorrow!
And its so tiring being up, showered and dressed every day (even Sunday!!!) before 8:30am waiting for the knock on the door :rotfl:.
