Had a pregnancy counselling session today, and feel much better for it. Was good to talk about all my worries about husband, the baby and how I'll cope with being a Mummy. I feel a lot more positive now, can finally start getting excited!

Got my screening results, Downs Syndrome risk is 1 in 50,000. That sounds pretty good, is that very low risk? Numbers mean nothing really, don't know what the 'normal' risk is!

mm- know what you mean - can't face dealing with meat. DH, bless him, has cooked me chicken/ veg fried rice twice thsi week (he really likes it, thankfully!) - no way I can deal with chicken raw _pale_ Loads of soy & garlic too!! Kids have been having stuff from freezer (Dh home too late most of the time to all eat together)

Still fancying another McD though...... It was SO yum yesterday!
