I went to town with my mum today and walked round for about and hour and a half then went food shoppping with OH and now I'm in agony
Me no likey this SPD, I could barely walk upstairs earlier, had to walk up like an old lady!

Finally my comp wants to play ball!

Daniel David was born 7weeks early by emergency c-section following a placental abruption, away from home (of course!) meaning a blues and twos trip via ambulance to my hospital. Paramedics brilliant! Had been to a memorial service in the morning to remember my younger brother who passed away suddenly a year ago. Within 3 hours of the service finishing, I had my baby. Extremely surreal and emotional day. Because he was early, he was taken to HDU in the neo-natal unit where he stayed for 4 days before going into the lower risk ward. He has had 3 bouts of jaundice but i am extremely pleased to say that we have brought him home today:j . As fate has a hand in these things, i feel, it is also a year to the day that my brother passed away. What could have been a very sad couple of weeks has been taken over by our concern for Daniel and I truly believe that my brother has been watching over him.

oh elle everything will be fine! i had a lot of pain in my last pregnancy and was in and out epu and TBH i thought that was it, it looks like we were meant to have twins but one wasnt meant to be and the other had a big bleed around him. i just took it day by day and now the little bu**er is wrecking my house, being sick on me and teasing the dog. if someone told me that last year i would have laughed! but wouldnt have him any other way! and ill bet your the same this time next year you will be sitting thinking OMG what have i done to deserve this horror lol! your nice clean house will be a mess youll smell of baby sick and your hair will be matted with one thing or another:L:L take care xx

sorry this filming the birth horrifies me! am i the only one?

One way or the other the last year has been full of highs and lows but this is definitely the best ending to our year!

congrats bonniethemadcat!! what weight was he when he was born? i bet it doesnt feel real having him home yet!remember to lock the doors/turn down the lights and enjoy some time with just the 3 of you! xx

he was 4lb 6oz born, now 4lb 8oz. He is baby no.3 so is getting used to the mad world of his big bro and sis! I will post a photo when dh shows me how!

Lou how heavy is the bleeding? I have had a bit of spotting and its never really gone, but i had a scan yesterday and alls well. some bleeding is normal in pregnancy so hopefully yours is just this.

whats best for heartburn as i seem to have this constantly and getting to the stage where i want to take something as its making me feel very ickie indeed.?

Nicole...well she said she thought i was a week later than i thought....I remember you saying they said that to you yesterday too. Now im sure i must be right as i wouldnt have had a positive result when i did...but to be honest it doesnt matter now....just glad everythings okay.

ps...she did say they wouldnt alter any dates till after the 12 week scan if need be x

Its not heavy its kinda like the first day of a period, definitly not soaking or anything like that and it seems more brown untill i go to loo then its red.
